First of all, the description of the mattress as "soft" and "no support" is a very subjective personal feeling. The mattress we configure is a well-received Japanese brand, which meets the sleeping preferences of most guests and has never received such extreme comments in the past. Regarding the "squeaking" issue, our cleaning and inspection team conducts inspections before and after each guest's stay and no structural abnormalities are found. We will further verify your statement. As for the external environmental noise you mentioned, our rooms are equipped with double-glazed windows to reduce noise interference, but it is difficult to completely isolate occasional traffic sounds in urban areas. We have clearly marked the convenient location in the house description, which also means that there may be sounds of urban activities. Please understand.
