One small issue: the single beds were advertised as 0.8m, which sounded extremely narrow. I later emailed to confirm and discovered they were actually 1.2m. Accurate product descriptions are crucial as these details significantly influence booking decisions.

What really bothered me was the breakfast policy for double rooms – you could only book it for one person, or not at all, which was extremely inconvenient. Even though I had booked breakfast for six people, the front desk staff seemed confused by the numbers and took a leisurely half hour just to process check-in.

The hotel is very close to Osaka Station, just a 5-minute walk. They provide amenities like toner, lotion, facial cleanser, and makeup remover, so you don't need to bring your own. Breakfast is served on the 23rd floor with a wide variety of options and amazing views.

You might want to think twice about this one. It's located near a railway line, and even rooms on the 10th or 20th floor that face the tracks can be affected. The constant banging and clattering of trains on the rails (and because it's a railway, not a metro/light rail, trains run even in the middle of the night) can be quite disruptive. If you're a light sleeper, you should definitely reconsider. The resonance and vibration from passing trains are much stronger than the 'whooshing' sound of cars on a road or elevated highway.
