The hotel provides a variety of free amenities. I love the bath salts and makeup remover oil.
I also tried the breakfast which I would recommend.
The room was a bit small but I guess they were all small in Osaka hotels.

Hotel quite new,location near OCAT ,JR Station, but need to walk 10min or more to main area. but staff is nice

Nice hotel, quite clean, but rooms are small. The safety box had problem but they changed it. Extra hour for checking out has additional cost per hour.

The room is new and the bathroom is huge. Some of the staffs are nice. But some is not. The location is good. Near namba. Lots of restaurant nearby. Also near subway.

Convenient location, near to namba station. Clean and cozy room with daily room cleaning. Stayed here for 2 nights and we enjoyed it. On the quieter side as compared to dotobori.

The location was walking distance from Dotonburi, which meant we could stay out late and not worry about getting back to our hotel. Pretty nice room, but a bit loud from the street.

We are loyal customers of Gracery Hotel, had great experience with Asakusa’s Gracery. Osaka Namba’s did not disappoint us, big, spacious, great location, very clean. Big bath tub and great wide window for natural lights. 10/10 recommended
