This is by far one of the best hotel I have stayed so far. Rooms are clean and nice, they offer Pola shampoo/Conditioner and body wash, other small amenities like facial cotton pads and toothbrushes to be pick up from lobby. They offer free drinks, ice cream, ramen and variety of drinks every evening and special theme like kimono and games daily which is really interesting. Location is about 10min walk to nearby train station with convenience stalls, restaurants and even an animal cafe (which we visited) nearby. My family really enjoy the stay and look forward to the next visit !

Great location — just a short walk from Shinsaibashi shopping district. Plenty of restaurants come alive at night, making it super convenient. The bed was comfy, though the room was a bit compact (as expected in Japan). The hotel offers thoughtful perks like ramen hour, beer hour, and ice cream treats. We were out exploring most of the time, so we didn’t get to fully enjoy the in-house dining — but it all looked great!

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is very convenient—about 5 min walk to public transport. About 10 min walk to lift access to metro if you have luggage or stroller. Close to shops and convenient store, made getting around easy. The room size was just right for two adults and one child—cozy yet comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted great. The key highlight for us was definitely the complimentary free-flow alcoholic drinks and the free ramen in the evening. The ramen was delicious—rich broth and perfectly cooked noodles, a real treat after a long day out! Would highly recommend this hotel for families or couples looking for a comfortable and value-for-money stay.

Convenient, near subway station, Parco and Daimaru. My kids were happy with the gavha machine, soda bar and ramen station. They always leave some space for the free ramen after supper. The ramen has chewy texture.

The Bridge Hotel (April 2025) After reading all the hype about this hotel, we decided to go ahead and book this place for our stay. And all we can say is that it did not disappoint! The room was good enough for 2 people. All the amenities were available but it didn’t stop there! The buffet breakfast on offer was great a great way to start each day. In the evenings, there was a self-serve open bar that was well stocked with all kinds of alcoholic beverages. Accompanying them were also complimentary bowls of soupy warm ramen! Last but not least, we would like to particularly commend front desk officer, Ms Oka, that was so attentive in assisting us trace our lost bag that was left on the train. Without her help, we wouldn’t have been able to find it. Overall, truly an amazing establishment that we would not hesitate to book it again!

The minimart is just next to the hotel. Impressive hotel with foc drinks and alcohol and room is nice. Location wise may need a walk to Namba area.

Everything is almost perfect (the only con i felt is that it is slightly far away from the main street). Room is slightly small for 2 adults and a baby but appreciate that it is quiet. Massage chair and plenty of amenities available. Even baby stroller is available free of charge. Varieties of alcoholic drinks available FOC and unlimited ramen as supper. Their breakfast is awesome with alot of choices! Free Japanese Cultural Activities such as free Kimono wear/dorayaki tea time/mini games that really make us felt enjoyable. Will recommend to our friends and family, really love this hotel.
