Room size is spacious enough for foir people.
There are a washing machine, microwave and air purifier provided in the room.

Location is good, near to the subway station, with walking distance of 10+ mins. The family room is not so big after we opened all luggage. The shower room has full facilities and able to dry the washed clothes. Counter service is not so effective and bias, using a translator kit to entertain a Korean family sentence by sentence, but leave us to read by ourselves. There is also a 1000 yen charges to help keeping the luggage after check-out. Overall, the hotel is good for a family stay at Osaka.

Near Nipponbashi Station, just near Shinsaibashi, but at the end of the bridge. It takes another 10 minutes to go to Dotonbori Sakai Terminal. The location is okay, right?
But the room is absolutely cost-effective for Osaka.
For the price near Shinsaibashi, there is nothing to lose.

The room is big enough and very good
The only drawback: It is recommended to eat breakfast at a nearby cafe. There is no buffet breakfast.
But overall it's very good. If I go there again, I will stay in the same hotel!

1. There is a lot of space, four 29-inch suitcases can be spread out without any problem
2. Close to Shinsaibashi Station
3. The room has a kitchenette, a washing machine and a heater.
