my sheets were dirty but they changed it immediately upon request. the room is very small and i barely had space to open up my luggage. breakfast spread was limited, which is slightly disappointing. however, the biggest plus point is that the location is good - just a short walk from the main shopping street with lots of good food in the vicinity.

Very convenient location, easy walk to the shops and restaurants the rooms are small but very clean with all the necessary amenities. Staff was very helpful. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

The bed is wet with urine. Since it was late, the wet portion was covered with clothes and went to bed with the wet urine. I reported the next moring and hotel refused to admit liablility since I did not report this after checking in. Fellow travellers, please check the bed under the sheets upon checking in. Previous guests may have wet the bed and tidy this up properly. Cleaners may not make up the bed if it appears untouch. BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL..

Hotel looks very new, clean and fuss free. It is compact but not too small. Toilet even has a bathtub, toilet bowl seats are warmed which is amazing. Bed has good firmness, had a really good night sleep.
The location is awesome, near to Dotonbori yet quiet at night for sleep.
Highly recommend!
