Please do not book the hotel.
1. The room is really out-dated, looks like from 80s
2. The old room has really unpleasant smell
3. The service is so cold, staff like machine, do not feel any hospitality
4. Far from subways, walking distance 15 minutes
5. After stay, I have rashes all over my body, never has this for my life.

Services was good had free coffee for couple days but then they start charging for coffee. Provided towels everyday which was nice

It is a distance away from Shinsaibashi especially if you have to bring your luggages along with you. Several convenience store nearby. However, room is small. Barely have space to walk around especially if you have luggages. The pillow is not comfy.

the hotel are clean and nice, helpful staff, theres free toiletries anytime you need.And theres free coffee at the lobby.Near dotonbori 15mins walk,shinsaibashi market and many little stores.Near railway station also 10mins away.
And the surroundings are quiet which i like.
