I have 5 night stay in Koko hotel during my trip to Osaka. Good location to stay with convinient access to subway and JR. Easy to travel to near by area such as Kuromon Market and shopping area.

The hotel is clean and new, the lobby is nice, but smoking is allowed on some floors and there is an acrid smell of cigarettes, be careful of this who doesn't like it. Breakfast costs 1500 yen per person, there are machines to buy drinks and washing machines for coins on different floors. We were provided with umbrellas for free in rainy weather. The hotel is located in a fairly quiet neighborhood, close to Dotonbori Street.

Convenient location friendly stress-free front desk staff-close to Dotombori and restaurants and all night life extravaganza. Overall a rewarding and pleasant stay is assured.

The location of this hotel is quite convenient, close to metro exit between shinkaibashi though a bit far away from metro platform, and a convenient store and restaurants and shops are also nearby. The staff are overall friendly and efficient, but the room is not well cleaned everyday.

Great little hotel in Shinsaibashi. Super close to the main areas of Osaka, Dotombori as well as bunch of nice and hidden restaurants and bars around the central area
Definitely recommend for business trip or solo travelers.

Staffs are helpful. Give good recommendation on directions. Can easily use the elevator at shinsaibashi exit 7 and walk less than 3 mins to the hotel. The room is small but well decorated.
