The location is great only a few minutes walk from Shinsaibashi station. I enjoy the breakfast so much as it offers a bit of western and Japanese. The staff are very friendly. They are so kind to my 8 month old son. They come to play with him and assist us with booking a taxi. I will definitely stay here again next time.

This hotel is very convenient to take subway or bus, and there are a lot of stores around to buy anything you want,and the room is very clean, and the staff there are all kind the friendly , they helped me a lot even though i didn't speak Japanese, i live in the hotel almost three weeks, even i didn't want to leave for Brazil at last, i recommend you this hotel if you have a trip there.

The room was slightly larger compared to other hotels of the same level in the area, which provided a bit more comfort and space to relax. However, the toilet was quite small, which might be a downside for some guests.

Location is convenient. It is near subway. It is near department stores 大丸 and Shinsaibashi (心斎橋). The hotel provides complimentary good breakfast. Price is cheaper than other hotels. However, the room is small.

Very handy location.
Breakfast is free. The flavor is alright.
The room is a little small, just like general Japanese room size.

Hotel Location was very good and many good food/bar options available nearby. Hotel breakfast had many options and staff was very good as well.
Hotel reception even had mini game and prizes for kids. Rooms were compact but had all the required amenities.

Very nice hotel, probably one of the best location in Osaka..rooms were a bit small but manageable as in every hotels, rooms are like that only.

Room.is of decent size and well located near the popular area. Though it is a little dated, it is well worth the money !
