Making reservations was easy and our room felt homey and very clean. We did not have any complaints.

The location was convenient for my purpose. The room was clean and comfortable. The only unpleasant thing was guests waking me up in the morning but that was not the hotels fault.

I appreciated that the location was near a main highway and a large shopping mall. Plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. Comfortable bed, great comforter. I liked the breakfast option on the main floor - plenty of food options and nice seating. Friendly staff. I was very pleased with my stay at Holiday Inn Express at Kalamazoo.

This is a nice facility in a good location. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The front desk staff was great and the breakfast was good, but ordinary.

Good clean room and front desk service. The morning we left, the breakfast bar was out of all juice except cranberry. The regular coffee was out and they were low on biscuits and gravy. It seemed like they were trying to work on it but we had to leave and couldn’t wait for them to restock. Hopefully an isolated incident for an otherwise good stay.

It took 30 minutes to check into our room because the front desk staff could not find our reservation. She stated after I gave her my reservation number and she stated that we already checked into our room….well evidently we hadn’t since we are standing in front of you trying to check in. After giving her the reservation number four more times she finally found our information. The main lobby area was full of kids running around and parents sitting around drinking alcohol. When we got back from leaving to grab dinner it was so loud in the hallway from kids running up and down the hallways….. and this was at 12:15am. Certainly not a excellent experience.
