In questa struttura abbiamo pernottato due volte. La prima volta, nonostante l'hotel non sia nuovo, il servizio è stato buono e colazione varia e abbondante. Il secondo pernotto è stato pessimo. Il "proprietario", sicuramente non ha per niente la concezione di cosa voglia significare tenersi stretti i clienti, dopo averlo chiamato per una bottiglia d'acqua, dato che ci era stata offerta solo una piccola gasata, ci ha detto che avremmo dovuta acquistarla. Ci siamo permessi perché la prima volta in camera abbiamo avuto una naturale grande e due piccole una gasata e una naturale. Per fortuna non esiste solo lui. Andremo altre volte ad Ottaviano e di certo non andremo all' Augustus. Tra l altro oltre a sentire freddo in bagno perché non vi è riscaldamento lì, in stanza ci sono parecchi posti con umidità e sotto il letto le pecorelle per la sporcizia. Proprietario, come ti credi di essere, impara ad avere meno superbia e inizia ad essere umile e cortese, cosa che sicuramente avranno avuto i tuoi predecessori che hanno fatto la storia del "tuo" hotel! Solo così potrai continuare a stare in mezzo alla gente e a non chiudere. Di certo i clienti non elemosinano! La bottiglia l' abbiamo comprata al bar fuori dalla struttura😉

Nice but very mediocre hotel. It’s fine for a bed for the nights but lacks normal amenities I.e bar , lounge area and restaurant. The staff though we’re very nice and happy to help

The staff at the hotel were lovely. We were out of season so it was very quiet and breakfast was buffet and cold. The room was very overlooked and so we kept the curtains shut the entire time. We picked this place because I thought it was convenient for Pompei, but it was still 30-45 minutes drive away. Dining options in the neighbourhood were scarce (probably as out of season) and opened late. However Bifulco opposite is great for burgers and they even made a vegetarian option for me!

Sono stato in questo hotel una sola notte, per poter partecipare ad un concorso! Per comodità ho scelto di alloggiare qui, trovandolo da ricerche sul web! Non conoscevo i paesi vesuviani ed ho avuto modo di apprezzarli! Così come questo hotel, comodo, centrale, pulito e con un prezzo ragionevole! Dotato di tutti i confort è comodo e pratico… non mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di simile qui! Camera buona, letto comodo, colazione soddisfacente! Unica pecca solo qualche mobile un po’ datato ma comunque funzionale ed efficiente e l’assenza nel bagno di una presa elettrica dove collegare il phon o rasoio elettrico! Molto gentile e disponibile la signorina Giusy alla reception! Se dovessi aver bisogno in zona ritornerei sicuramente!

Sembra truccato da hotel 4 stelle, letto scomodo peggio dei cuscini; bagno che emana cattivo odore di fogna che ti porti nel naso per tutto il soggiorno; camera fredda da tenere acceso il condizionatore tutta l’anima notte nelle orecchie… Ottima la colazione e comodo il parcheggio. Esperienza difficile

Lo scorso dicembre con un viaggio organizzato per una comitiva ho avuto modo di conoscere questo hotel, ma nulla di positivo... Inoltre Si trova in una zona super trafficata, non si riesce a riposare neanche di notte. Purtroppo per visitare Napoli abbiamo scelto di dormire fuori per risparmiare e questo ne é stato il risultato negativo. Non consiglio

Esperienza Orribile......!!!!Mobili datati e consumati, letti scomodi, biancheria da letto e da bagno consumata, bagno sporco e pieno di muffa. Colazione pessima.Purtroppo non ho pensato a fare delle foto.Unica cosa positiva il condizionatore.

Ho soggiornato per qualche giorno in questo hotel, e per essere un 4 stelle sono rimasto un po' deluso dalle camere un po' piccoline con arredi un po'datati nei quali sarebbero necessari qualche piccolo ritocchino soprattutto nei bagni. Personale attento gentile e disponibile, colazione abbastanza fornita con discreti prodotti, ottimo il parcheggio difronte alla struttura, posizione strategica a due passi dal Vesuvio, prezzi delle camere un po'alti per ciò che offre, comunque visto l'assenza di concorrenza in zona di altre strutture, lo consiglierei

Siamo stati una sola notte dopo un'escursione sul Vesuvio. Pro: stanza bella, riscaldata, confortevole. Ottima colazione la mattina dopo, molto forniti di un po' tutto, staff disponibilissimo. Ottima posizione. Contro: qualche problema con l'acqua calda che usciva al massimo tiepida, letto matrimoniale fatto di due materassi singoli uniti, un po' scomodo in coppia. Nel complesso, per il prezzo e per le nostre esigenze, è stata una buona esperienza. Ci ritornerei con piacere!
