The location is very nice and clean. The breakfast is not really worth taking it. Youth hostel quality. Far away from 4 stars hotel. For the second day we decided to go to Buffelsdrift nearby and pay for it, even when it was already in our package.

Old Mill Lodge was perfect for our purpose, serene, relaxing in a beautiful setting perfectly maintained by passionate and friendly staff.
Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and ambience of the venue. Felt very and slept like baby every, which I seldom do.

Beautiful location with lots of wildlife to see, and good food in the main restaurant. ******* listing is inaccurate however, as many amenities listed were not available. Missing amenities: Game Room, Kids Club, Coffee Shop, Arcade, Lazy River, Mountain Biking, Supervized Children's Activities, Soundproofed Rooms, and the Zipline was broken. Additionally, spelunking and rock climbing are available in the area, but not at the property.

This farm is absolutely excellent. Architecture, garden and design is great. We enjoyed the time there very much. The staff is friendly and cooperative and does always its best to make the vacation happy. Also the food and restaurant offer great local food and quality, especially the ostrich filet was excellent, the service so nice and really perfekt. Only one thing wasn't so good (only from my opinion): It was the Breakfast in the morning -＞ typical English breakfast.

We had an awesome family trip and spent 2 nights at the Old Mill Lodge. A new experience Glamping. Was awesome having the river flow at our doorstep! Thank you for making a trip even more memorable than we expected.

We would highly recommend staying here if you’re driving through Oudtshoorn! The facilities are wonderful and there is so much to do there. The luxury tent on the river running through the place was a fun experience for us all and the kids loved seeing the baby ostriches and other animals.

Our stay was lovely and relaxing. Property fans need a clean, the bathroom needs towel rails and cleanliness of fridge and kitchen. backsplash should be checked. The gardens are beautiful and the pool was nice and clean.

Lovely quite spot yet close to Cango Caves and many over tourist highlights around Oudshoorn. Try take a hike up the very steep hill, you will soon find out it is a mountain not a hill. Very friendly ponies that can be petted and exciting play area for kids.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our grand children did not want to leave and they played around until the last minute. The lodge has Excelent facilities and value for money. Will definitly return an stay for a longer period in future.
