Service in restaurant/bar was terrible. One waitress for the whole room. Waited about 2 hrs to finally get all our food. Had steak and it was probably the worst I had in a long time. Didn’t send back because I didn’t want to wait longer. For service this bad I will not usually leave a good tip to waitress but felt so bad for her when she told us that they won’t hire anyone else. But I left 15% for her. Went to front desk and there was no one there. Will never stay here again.

The people who work there are great. But, the hotel itself is a little rundown, even for a budget hotel. The most annoying thing about the hotel is the constant smell of marijuna. It is so intense, it is the first thing you smell getting out of the car in the parking lot, it’s in the lobby, and really bad on the second floor. You sleep with the smell coming into your room.

We have been trying to get a microwave since checking in. Ridiculous. Yes, we have been told that the microwaves are locked up because people still them. What does that have to do with us? We paid our bill and paid a deposit fee. There needs to be a better system then holding the microwaves hostage. Next time, we are going to the Hampton Inn. Considering the overall experience, the tradeoff is not worth the aggravation.

I saw many negative reviews but I booked anyway. And I am glad I did. This hotel is really just fine. Clean and comfortable and very friendly, helpful staff. I had a couple of small issues that Matt, the young man at the desk, handled efficiently and patiently. Everything looks fairly recently refurbished. I did not eat in the restaurant so no comment. I will definitely stay here again.

The ceiling was cracked in our room and had various water stains all over. Room was clean. The hallway and especially the stairwell had a very unpleasant odor. Below average quality of breakfast, but edible. A doable hotel, but we will avoid it in the future if we can.

The room was very nice. The employees were all nice and helpful. The $17 continental breakfast is absolutely ridiculous. It is literally the same breakfast that every other hotel serves and they dont charge.

Everything was excellent, the bed was very comfortable to sleep in, the entire area is quiet and calm, everything was very clean, what caught my attention is the toilet lid was very damaged, it seems as if they didn't clean it, it would be very easy just You can change that cover. It just made me uncomfortable.
