Pacifica Beach Hotel

I really enjoyed my stay there. It was a perfect location. Perfect view from our Jacuzzi suite. They are doing remodeling which looks great. I’m really hoping they do not remove the Jacuzzi spas at least in a few of the rooms. They are hard to find these days.

I Loved the views of the lina mar beach and pedro point . I will definitely book a stay at the Pacifica beach hotel again Staff was professional and very friendly

You get a hot tub and it’s across the street from the beach. Downside is that it’s ghetto and the hallways and rooms smells funny. You will always find something wrong with your room. I keep going though b/c HOT TUB AND BEACH

The room was dirty stains on the floor, the hot tub, the corner of the room, the electrical outlets didn’t have covers. We booked two nights and left in the morning. Most of the hotel was under construction, had to go through that to reach the room. The hotel refuse to give the money back, and hotels. Com would only refund 66 in key cash that I spent so was out the 186 paid. Don’t stay here unless you like 3 world country hotels….

Building is run down, construction debris everywhere. Not safe. Horrid smell in the room. Large rats on the grounds. Decent view is all I can give this place.

Been coming here for 10+ yrs & this is the only time I’ve felt complete disappointment. Our room (King partial view) felt dirty & outdated. Having normally stayed in the full ocean view rooms, this room was shockingly different. Seemed like this room is reserved for last minute bookings or used as backup in case they overbook. We were right next to ongoing construction & the they worked well past 6pm which was disruptive. We saw them drinking beer during the day and left empty beer cans all over the ground near the parking lot. There was dust/materials all over and it was confusing which way we were supposed to walk to avoid walking on unfinished flooring. Dust was tracked into our room every time we came in. w/ all the men working and the mess, we didn’t want to use the pool which is usually our favorite amenity. We just didn’t feel comfortable walking through all the dust in our swim suites, plus me feeling uncomfortable walking by a bunch of workers in my swimsuit. We were woken up at 3:30am by some of these workers who decided to have a party on our patio. They were not staying in any rooms up there even. The patio light is kept on all night causing our room to be well lit making it difficult to sleep. The pillows were paper thin and kept sliding out of the pillow cases allowing us to notice the stains and dirt on them. Our sheets were also stained. This was my bday trip & I was excited to come back, but was so disappointed we almost left. Was not worth the extra $

Proximity to beach and dining options was a plus! Rooms are dated and in need of major repairs. Mattress was thin, you can feel the frame beneath you. Shower is very small and very low water pressure. The jet tub was a saving grace for the room. The hallway doors are locked and require a room key to get in which is nice however the hall door closest to our room had a broken closing mechanism causing very loud slamming anytime anyone came through the door.

Came here just for a short distance getaway for my bday, thought twice about coming to this room becuz of some of the reviews i read but when i arrived i was greeted with kindness and professionalism from the young lady at the front desk, check in was smooth & quick,my room was nice, had a big hot tube which was very relaxing, was on the 1st floor so i didn't have a clear view of the beach but out from the patio i could see people out surfing in walking their dogs overall i had a great stay

Hotel was not what was expected by looking at pics. Hotel was being renovated, wifi and cable was down and rooms looked different. Was not satisfied with my room
