Actually the location is quite strategic, only the maintenance is lacking, the bed sheets are not washed clean, the room doesn't have a trash can so rubbish is scattered in the hallway, people smoke carelessly, the receptionist is very dirty

As for room cleanliness, it's quite okay, because all the rooms are non-smoking, the mattress and bed sheets are clean and quite comfortable, only in the lobby and the hallway it's dirty, the staff is just playing on their cell phone if they can clean it well, the receptionist is dirty, there's no friendly attitude towards customers

Cukup nyaman dan dekat dengan pusat kota, mohon untuk tingkatkan kebersihan kamar dan fasilitas seperti handuk agar tdk menggunakan handuk yg sudah sobek tdk layak pakai .
