The hotel is ok, close to the beach, the view from the window is definitely one of the biggest advantages of this place. The food was ok. It wasn't crazy, it wasn't bad either.

On arrival we waited ages to get seen and when we did we didn’t get a hello or any information on the hotel or where to go for our room. No teas or kettle in the room, or iron. The majority off the staff were rude and unhelpful. We let them know straight away the toilet wasn’t attached to the wall properly and coming away from the wall but it never got sorted. However - easy to get the bus and nice beach. If you don’t want to stay in the hotel much then it’s ok but overall disappointing

The hotel is on a gorgeous beach and has it's own pool and is only one bus ride away from the centre of Palma. Great service from everyone in the hotel, the room was spacious and very clean. Just generally a great positive experience.

I booked a room which from photos on booking page showed a terrace and a well finished pleasant room. The reality is no terrace- you do get a window. The floor has cheap deteriorating laminate flooring and the walls are a drab grey. In fairness I didn’t read through the list of what you get assuming a kettle and coffee sachets at least would be there. I mean you get that in the most basic bed and breakfast. But the coffee goes with the terrace it would seem. It did advertise a minibar.. it’s a small empty fridge that doesn’t appear to refrigerate and has no ice box. On asking about coffee, I was told it’s only with ‘superior room’. Wow the luxury of superior rooms here… you get a little Nespresso. I know this as the rest of my party are in the neighbouring and better appointed La Cala boutique. They are both Be Live sister hotels and I booked my Marivent one in error as I was told to book the Be Live and booked the wrong one. They have a lovely terrace with direct beach and sea view …a Nespresso!! and a beautifully appointed interior in general. They are two people and pay in total 25% more than I did for my grey no terrace no coffee and a view of a neighbouring hotel window room. If I look sharp right from my window I can see the sea view so I do that every so often to feel like I’m on holidays. Well time for an afternoon coffee so I better get dressed and go find a cafe as nothing in this hotel. Best avoided. A coffee sachet and a kettle ffs… :D

The stay was good, room could do with a facelift in pain chipped wardrobe and some floor damage. Theres a massive gap in the toilet door and a poorly placed mirror so not much privacy to rest of the room. Room service was the best food option as the buffet breakfast and dinner was not labeled well and as I have allergies this made it not worth the cost, we also ended up with rotten fruit at both meals so the fruit (grapes mainly) are used until there gone not properly tracked in terms of freshness. The staff are friendly and helpful, we were made aware that the pool usage once we asked was at our own risk which made us feel unwelcome to use it and unsafe. Apparently in April we would be of been able to use it no issue but March when we stayed that would off been an issue, which honestly was a big part of us booking. The acces to the beach was great however. Overall dont think this is a 4 star hotel, maybe once it was or only during main tourist season but we didnt get the 4 star experience we hoped for.

We had a couple 55min body massage today with a lovely lady call “Lola “ and she was amazing. I walked in feeling I had the world on my head n shoulder and left feeling every tension and burden disappeared. She helped me to relax. We have had many many treatment from lots of other countries including Thailand n Bali etc and we gladly say this is the best we have had and our number one. Thanks u so much 🙏
