Dirty room. Dirty toilet, dirty glass, very unproffesional reception. Waiting so long for unnecesarry question because slow response and action so they make others queue and waited long. No proper management standard. Not an acceptable international standard

Arrived late night around 11 PM, no body greet us, we collected our belongings from car (no bellboy or security) standby. When enter the room, linen dirty also pillow cover yellowish, found hair on the bed. Bathroom dirty, found also hair in the corner, towels dirty and yellowish. No shower gel, only 1 bathsoap.
