1.周邊生活服務非常方便，便利店、牛奶店、蛋糕店、各種飯店，智慧農貿市場也很近。出行方便！
2.服務人員熱情、有幫助
3.包三餐是特色，性價比挺高的
4.房間比較大，不侷促，插座充足，熱水也不錯
5.可以帶寵物，管好就行～
缺點：
1.設施比較老舊，比如插座不穩，噴頭會往旁邊滋水
2.隔音不好，臨街晚上有車和出去嗨的年輕人，比較大聲。旁邊房間大聲説話、關門、拉行李也聽得見，敏感的會睡不好

準備在正城南街趕大集在附近訂酒店。錦聽酒店 正好還有一間，感覺就是冥冥之中註定了。
會再住的理由：
1、地址位置太好，鬧中取靜這個詞來形容一點兒都不為過。
2、性價比很高，含三餐。廚師長李姐做飯很好吃。

酒店位置鬧中取靜，離南站很近。步行十多分鐘可到仁和文化廣場，商業步行街，濱河花園等地方。特色是包含三餐，雖是簡餐，但乾淨衞生，味道不錯。也免得到了飯點到處找吃的。所以性價比很高。服務也不錯。適合家庭出遊，避寒康養。
