房間在東區，應該是新區，商住公寓，樓下吃的不少，交通也還算方便，房間乾淨整潔，樓上兩間卧室，一個大床，一個小床，住一家人沒問題，就是卧室確實很緊湊
耍這兩天感覺仁和區更有當地煙火氣一點（過年期間的感受，應該是老城區？從迤沙拉回來專門跑到迤沙拉夜市找吃的，那邊是真熱鬧，回駐地的路上好多車往這邊走

臟，太臟了，到處都臟，地板臟，油煙機臟，遙控板全是油，床上有頭髮，小地毯噁心，沙發臟，衞生間臟，毛巾黃色黑色的，浴巾臟感覺有人用過一樣。一股黴味兒。老闆微信聯繫的，不耐煩得很。

太吵了，隔音太差，差到帶耳塞都沒用。凌晨一兩點被吵醒，樓上大半夜在屋裡噔噔噔來來回回的跑，惱火得很，嚴重影響休息。

一共3個房間，我住的最小的房間床單是沒換過的，枕頭下面3根頭髮，床單上也有幾根，這點真的不能忍。其他的房間沒有專門去看，就不給別人心裏添堵了。

衞生搞得很好，設施完善，房東收到微信都能及時回覆，另外房間價格同比同批房型低，總之五分好評。如果能不在客廳內晾被子，那就更完美了
