The property is perfectly located in Phapos. Just a 5-minute walk to one of the main attractions (Tomb of the Kings). There are plenty of restaurants within 10-15 minutes walking, and also a mall at about 20-25 minutes walk. The hotel was fairly clean but lacked some room amenities (considering it's a 4 star). The property is old because of which there were stains and marks on the walls. Breakfast was also fine, nothing great! Overall, fine for a short stay.

Reasonable value for money but a bit far out of town and the harbour.

Very pretty, excellent service , big comfy rooms.

Hotel and breakfast was perfect, the entertainment activitieas too, but the swimming pools were very cold, nobody used them.

The hotel is a little outdated than other 4 star hotels. The room is old too makes me feel like a dormitory. But the hotel has all amenities you need. I think it’s a good place for family but not solo travelers.

It's a very old hotel, full of holes. The cleaners are yelling all day, and you can't get enough rest. The noise from the other rooms is the same; you can hear everything. I asked for a double bed, and they gave me two separate beds, even though they were comfortable.

It was very good.
