Parga Beach Resort

Overall resort looks nice, with lots of flowers and trees. We had half board, which translates into a very complex experience. You can have breakfast buffet in 2 restaurants(out of 3), but dinner only in 1. Then as extra you get 3 "à la carte" dinners in the other 2 restaurants, however in one of the 2 you can only order some of the items(not mentioned in their app - so if you want to order something not included you have to pay it entirely), while in the other restaurant you have a credit of 25e for adults and 12e for children. We asked at the reception if we can change one of the dinners for a lunch and they said yes, just once, which we did but had the surprise that we actually changed dinner buffet to lunch, so we had to pay the dinner buffet (maybe it was a misunderstanding because of the hotel person not speaking English very well). In the end, why make it so confusing? The Greek night is not worth the hype, you get some "cold" hot appetizers, because they try to fit lots of people and by the time you get the food it is cold. You get to choose between chicken or pork gyros and that's it, no other options. We had a far nicer Greek night in Crete with barbeque buffet cooked in front of us, on top of the usual buffet. No need to break plates in 2025 anymore just for fun(even though they were made of special material). No way to recycle it... And the most embarrassing is to have waiters that turn your nose and stomach upside down not on just one occasion, but every single day ( and from meters away). When asking at checkout for a way to give my feedback for improving the guest experience, the receptionist said they don't have a way to do that. It's a shame as the location is perfect, the beach is nice and clean, but definitely there are things to improve.

Just got back from this hotel. All in all it is a great resort. Beautiful gardens on a pretty beach with lovely staff and good food. We stayed in the Eden suite which was a premium price. I would not recommend this unless you have a young family. The balcony was overlooked and didn’t have a nice view (just the opposite room’s balcony). We didn’t sit out there once - using it to dry towels only. The rooms are not much bigger and much further from the beach. You also have to eat breakfast in the nearby restaurant, which is right by a pool which is shallow and filled with toddlers and young children. It does feel like this area is very young child friendly - but we were with a teen and it felt like we were in a crèche! The restaurant on the beach serves breakfast for the other part of the hotel and is much nicer with a beautiful view. The hotel has some lovely rooms overlooking gardens and pools - some have been refurbished and some are yet to be refurbished. I think we were unlucky with our room and our older parents struggled with the distance back and forth to the Eden suites. It is immaculately clean, and well maintained with friendly staff. The beach is busy but lovely crystal clear waters. Handy supermarkets nearby and other dining and bar options. Walk to town is steep but worth it to get to Mikes Bar - delicious cocktails with a spectacular view ! Ferry service to town is good (3 euro per person) but again not if you have mobility issues as hard to get on and off. The taxis to town (7 euros) are reasonable and reliable. Parga is charming and a lovely place to go.

Lovely resort by the sea with many small swimmingpools. Very friendly people working there. Lots of family with children. If you want to have little more quiet, this IS not your place. Nice that in the morning breakfast time, small area was only adults. Lovely kittens live in the area.

Fantastic family friendly resort. Spacious clean rooms. Excellent food. Super friendly staff. Numerous swimming pools. Situated on the beach. Water taxi to town and excellent restaurants. Give it a try

Beautiful location with very attentive staff. I would definitely recommend the partial sea view rooms ( ours was right on the beach with an eye level sea view.).The only thing we found a chore was the shower was not a walk in with no hand rail for assistance. The food was a high standard with something for everyone. We would definitely return.

We have stayed at this resort 6 times. The grounds are beautiful, the staff amazing and the rooms impeccable. Only downside is the guests who leave towels on sun beds and then disappear for hours. I’ve mentioned this multiple years, they need to post at each pool and the beach area that towels will be removed if no one is present.
