I left the property early and paid for another hotel. They refused a refund. I left because the staff were never around to help, I could barely get a drink at the hotel bar. Additionally, the restaurant was closed but they allowed no outside food and had no coffee machines or fridges. Most important, the room was not clean. There was no toilet paper rod! The floor looked rusted and dirty, the shower head barely worked. They did not clean the room or replace my bath mat. They tried to charge me an extra $100 and yelled at me about it until they later realized their mistake. The sheets were old and scratchy. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. I didn’t realize how stressful it was until I went to another hotel! This hotel needs to modernize and be more helpful to the guests. It’s no longer a 3 start hotel.
