Parguera Plaza Hotel - Adults Only

We have been having a great time here. Great staff, awesome room, fun pool and great restaurant. We’ll definitely be coming back.

The place is very beautiful and right in the center of Lajas Biobay tours and the restaurants which is very convenient.

The staff are friendly, helpful, and cheerful. Breakfast was great, especially the coffee! We appreciated the beach basket, hangover kit, and super comfortable bed. Thanks for the relaxing time in Parguera, we hope to come back again.

The hotel put on an extremely loud music that shake the thin wall. We were unable to sleep at night since the music was on until 2:30 am. We went out during the day with our rental car to escape the noise just to return with a louder speaker blow towards to our room. We spoke to the manager who argues with us that “this is a party hotel and she cannot do anything about it. We shall check their website before booking”! We travel around the world and have never encountered such poor customer service management team. Watch out before you book this hotel!

Had such a wonderful stay at Parguera Plaza Hotel, but too short, wish I could have stayed longer. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Staff can either make or break your stay. From the minute you walk in to do the check-in everyone is so friendly and genuinely nice. They even helped me to park my car. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and its courteous and welcoming staff. I'm definitely planning on coming back!

KEEP SCROLLING- do not book with Parguera Plaza Hotel. Stayed here for two nights at the end of November 2023. Big mistake! This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Before I begin, I would like to say that Joel, Jesus and Carlos were wonderful. I believe in giving credit where credit is due. Ok, here we go… the hotel is small yet, beautiful. The food in the restaurant was very good. That’s where the positive ends. Now the terrible…our room was on the smaller side with a tiny (12”x12”) counter. No space to keep anything out of your suitcase. The bathroom shower was awful. I dreaded even using the shower because the temperature was impossible to control. Shower water all over the open floor, nothing to keep it from spreading throughout the bathroom. A sliding barn door that separated the bath and bed sounds nice, until you realize that it doesn’t close all the way and it can’t be locked (which I like to do if I am alone in a hotel). Ok, now to the really bad part of my review… every night the music went on VERY LOUDLY past 2am. We were in room 1 which should be used as storage space and not a guest room. There were two doors to our room. One opened to the lobby coffee shop and you could hear patrons and staff talking constantly as it is open 24 hours. The other door opened to a “balcony” that sat directly above the pool, DJ and restaurant. See why it should be storage space?? All of this created a space that made thinking, or sleeping impossible

I have to admit that this place blew my expectations away. The place is incredible, updated, clean, a great vibe. Close to a lot of cool things. But to be quite honest with you, the best part of it was the staff. Extremely attentive and overall just great.

The hotel staff was great, everyone was so friendly & helpful. I love this place. It was in walking distance to all the bars, restaurants & little shops in the area. Parguera Plaza is beautiful. I will definitely stay here again.
