Rooms are small, like most city budget hotels. But everything was immaculately clean and staff were extremely helpful and professional. There was no hairdryer in the room, but reception provided one. I will not hesitate to rebook for my next visit.

We stayed at Kyriad hotel for a long weekend (3 nights). Our stay was pleasantly fuss free. Booked for its reasonable prices, Hotel Kyriad delivered what we expected from them. The room was clean when we checked in and tidied up daily (including having the usual teas and coffees topped up). Beds were ok, felt a little hard for my preference. The bathroom had essential amenities and the shower only had a curtain on both open sides, resulting in a bit of flooding every time you used it. Perhaps a glass door would help. The area surrounding the hotel looked like a nice residential area, with lots of cafes, bakeries and even 24h convenience stores. Overall we always felt safe even walking home from the nearby metro station at night. Reception staff were available 24/7 to let guests late in the evening, when the main door was locked for safety. Hotel Kyriad is a convenient option for travellers seeking to maximise their time in Paris outside of their room. Its essential decor and amenities would not suit a guest looking for any kind of luxury.

I stayed here as part of a work trip I organised with 23 other people. The customer service was outstanding- helping with the organisation and the booking of many rooms before we came to Paris and also the amazing help while we were there. A big shout out to Marie and Alain- thank you! The location is excellent- just a few minutes walk to the Metro, with direct trains into the centre. The rooms are small but extremely clean. Breakfast was plentiful. If you don’t have a big budget but want a clean, central location with fantastic service, this is the venue for you.

À fuir ces des voleurs 1 nuit = 200 € + taxe de séjour pour une chambre vétuste, sans déco, salle de bain minuscule, WC inutilisable tant l’espace est étroit. Le personnel répond avec arrogance : « C’est Paris ». La direction ne répond jamais aux avis, preuve du mépris total pour les clients. Résumé : Hôtel hors de prix, vétuste, service arrogant, zéro considération pour les clients. Phrase finale : Cet hôtel est une honte pour l’hospitalité parisienne.

Climatisation en panne du vendredi soir au dimanche. Aucune solution proposée si ce n' est changer de chambre le samedi soir à 23h en rentrant d'une journée épuisante.... Pas de compensation financière pour la gêne occasionnée même pas le petit-déjeuner c'est vraiment limite ! Cependant c'est un quartier calme proche du métro

Hôtel très bien situé. Accueil très sympathique et attentionné. Très propre. La chambre donnait sur rue et néanmoins extrêmement calme. La cafetière et la bouilloire dans la chambre sont un vrai point positif. Petit-dejeuner très correct. 2 petits points négatifs : la salle de réception très petite le matin et la salle de bain très petite aussi (avec un rideau de douche). Je reviendrai lors d'un prochain déplacement professionnel.
