We arrived very late and left very early as we were between trains and needed a place very near the train station. The hotel is 5 minutes walking from the train station so it’s great. We know it’s a cheap hotel and it’s good just for 1 quick night, I won’t stay there longer. The bathroom is tiny, I don’t think thicker people can even fit in it. The room is very old but there is AC and it’s quite clean and the bed were very comfortable. We still paid like 100€ which I think it’s way too expensive for this kind of hotel, 60 or 80€ would be more appropriate for the quality of this place. Everything is old and tiny.

Closed to Gate Montparnasse, my train delayed for 2.5hr from Mont St Michel but I still arrived at hotel 00:40. It walked less than 5min and arrived the hotel and settled down. Such a great hotel if you needed to stay close to Gare Montparnasse

Extremely uncomfortable stay!!！I can tolerate the very small room space, but there are bedbugs on the bed!!!!! The next day my whole right arm got a pile of bumps, unbearable pain and itching!!! Ctrip helped me to check with the hotel, but the hotel replied that it may be an individual cause of allergy! It is incredible that they can answer like this!!! It's really terrible experience!!! I reminder everyone don't book this hotel!!

We stayed here because we had an early morning departure from Montparnasse station the next day. Some reviews said it was difficult without air conditioning, but our room (superior) had air conditioning.
There were many sandwich shops that were open early in the morning, and the room was more than adequate for our needs.

It's a very safe area, full of locals. It's close to the metro, making it just a few stops from every tourist attraction, yet away from the touristy areas, where more tourists mean more pickpockets. I'd stay in this area again next time I visit Paris. The room wasn't large, but it was perfectly adequate for a single person or a couple, and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning did have a slight odor after running for extended periods, so opening a window was recommended for ventilation. Despite being near the street, it wasn't noisy at all, and the hotel's soundproofing was excellent. The price was reasonable, around 700 per night.
