We checked out at 2pm and were fined 100 euros, which is almost 1/3 of the room rate. I think it is very unreasonable. The hotel said the checkout time is 11pm. Generally, hotels will make some concessions for late checkouts. The fine is too high.

Very bad!
- Infrastructure, no indoor slippers, no shampoo and shower gel, no hand soap, no toothbrush, no wine glass, no tissue. Unstable network signal.
(Don't explain that Europe doesn't provide balabala, other cities in Italy and France don't provide toothbrushes, but people also take out spare ones)
- Poor environment, the carpet is very dirty, no extra charge for taking off shoes, the carpet is very dirty when you step on it casually. The hotel interior decoration is also very low; the hotel smells weird.

You cannot get a junior suite that is quiet. End of story. Second story on the street is the only availability. No one told us that. So loud the restaurant across the street was getting deliveries all hours, yelling all hours etc. We sent multiple emails requesting quiet room. They answered all taken care of.
Also, booked two massages a month ahead, an hour before they canceled. First five nights of vacay we spent a lot of time researching and were disappointed. We let them know about the noise, they offered no solution.
