- city bikes available to guests at no extra cost
- free glass of wine and cheese every evening
- massive living room with lots of sofas where you can bring food from outside and eat
-lots of board games
- free coffee and tea throughout the day
- Fridge and microwave in each room
Staff were super friendly and helpful too.

GGuest UserIt was just a 1 night stay rooms were clean and spacious with 2 queen beds. Elevator take little longer, Air-conditioner was noisy, nice pool with slide and hot tub we enjoyed a lot with kids. And there’s a sauna too. The best I liked was breakfast it’s very spread out and delicious. Overall it’s nice place to stay with kids we liked it. It’s close to amenities

GGuest UserI found this hotel while searching for a place to stay during my trip to Banff, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The location, price, and overall service were all beyond my expectations.
Although early check-in wasn’t available and you can occasionally hear trains passing by at night, these were minor issues. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

GGuest UserWe stayed 3 nights and were supposedly eligible for one complimentary room service. Even though we informed them on the very first night that we needed it, the cleaning team missed us. Overall it was a great experience because the unit is clean and the location is convenient

HhuberttlimAround 30min drive to attractions with big and spacious apartment with laundry detergent and washing machine. Wish they would change the towel daily and one of the bedroom only has a stream of strong water to fill the bathtub, hence you cannot shower standing up.

DDatuziluojieBanff is just too expensive. The town of Canmore, right outside the park gates, is a great alternative. It's only a 30-minute drive to Banff townsite, and it also boasts snowy mountains and some good restaurants. This motel-style hotel, though a bit dated, is still a solid choice. Its excellent value for money is the main selling point.

GGuest UserOur room was a little dated, but for the most part, it was very good. The fireplace made it that much better. If you wanted to use the stairs instead of the elevator, it was a little tricky. The staff were very nice.
The only thing I was displeased with, was not being able to get any refund. We had to leave after our 2nd night of a 5 night stay. I understand that the hotel had every right not to grant the request, but even a refund for one of the three remaining nights would have been appreciated.

CchristineI was a little nervous when I first pulled in but was instantly surprised. This little hidden gem was great for what I was needing. A safe, clean easily accessible place to stay.
Though the carpet throughout is slightly dated the staff at check in and check out were polite and friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean (the floors, the bathroom and the beds). Very happy with my choice. A recommendation would be during your next renovation to remove the carpet and put in a hard type floor. a bigger go cup with liquid whitener for the to go coffee station would also be amazing. I look forward to my next stay.

前前川高範The room was spacious and comfortable, allowing for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect; there's a large supermarket right after crossing the railway crossing at the edge of the hotel's property, which was very convenient for shopping. The Roam bus stop for Banff was also only about a ten-minute walk away. The hotel staff, including the front desk, were all very friendly and helpful. It was a bit disappointing that the building felt a little old, but other than that, I had very few complaints. The Wi-Fi connected without any issues, and there were plenty of TV channels to enjoy movies. The view was also quite beautiful, and because it was so quiet, I actually preferred it to hotels in Banff.
