Amazing
DDouble O mamaWe wrapped up spring break with a super chill three-day, two-night stay at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler, and it was exactly what our family of four needed.
The rooms were awesome—super comfy, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The view of the mountains? Absolutely stunning. It made lounging around way more enjoyable.
The outdoor heated pool and hot tubs were a hit with all of us, and the kids especially loved the marshmallow roasting session held daily from 4–6 pm. It was such a fun and cozy family activity! The ping-pong facilities were also a big favorite, though they seemed to be in high demand.
Breakfast was a highlight, too—the buffet had an amazing variety of options, and we were pleasantly surprised to find BC caviar as part of the offerings that day. A unique and delicious treat!
The only downside was the playroom—it’s a bit small, especially during busy times like spring break or summer. It felt a little limited for all the kids hoping to use it.
That said, the staff nailed it. They were super friendly and helpful, adding little touches to make our stay extra special.
Four Seasons Whistler definitely delivered. We left feeling recharged and already talking about when we can come back!
GGuest UserThe most dog friendly hotel in Whistler. What truly impressed me was how thoughtful and warm the staff were — the front desk team actually remembered my dog’s name, which made us feel incredibly welcome.
The hotel does not charge any extra pet fee, and they provide everything dogs might need, including dog towels, water bowls, and even a toy that you can take home. These little details really show how much they care.
Highly recommended — we will definitely be back!
RRobin77777The hotel is located near a commercial street, so it's very convenient for eating, drinking, and having fun. The surrounding environment is great, and the hotel service is very warm. It's worth coming back; this is a tourist city.
MMikki LizFirs of all, the receptionist was very friendly and had a big smile on her face during both check-in and check-out (it was the same lady), warm and nice lobby.
Second, the room was smaller than I expected, smaller than what the website showed but it was clean.
Third, when I arrived it was almost impossible to find a parking spot (see pic 4) because there were several hotels in the same area. I had to wait in my car for about 20 minutes until someone finally left so I could park and check in.
Fourth, hotel parking is quite expensive $34 per night for self-parking and $39 for valet. The underground parking lot is right next to the garbage room (see pic 5) which was disgusting and horrible. I also saw two guys working in the parking area and they seemed really unfriendly. If they ever film another Conjuring series this could be a perfect location.
To be fair, I did notice that several other 4 star hotels in Whistler have similar parking conditions: dark, old and dirty.
Fifth, it was a bit cold at night and I tried to adjust the room temperature but it didn’t work. I mentioned this to the lady when I checked out.
If you asked me if I would stay there again, probably NOT. The price is okay for the room and the location is very convenient there’s an Old Spaghetti Factory inside the hotel and several bars, restaurants and shops are just 5–10 minutes away on foot.
GGuest UserVery satisfied! Going skiing, this hotel is right next to the cable car, very convenient. The room looks newly renovated, the service is very good, cleaning every day, will help to put away the bed frame and start the dishwasher. Although the bed is put away, it is very convenient to put it down, the mattress is also suitable, and the sofa is also a bed. In theory, more people can sleep. After the space is reserved, the kitchen area is increased. The kitchen facilities are very complete, including stoves, toasters, refrigerators and even dishwashers. Cooking is no problem! Although the room is not big, there is a fireplace, and the noise is not loud. It is a very satisfactory stay!
RRaymondXComfortable environment, clean place with no problems, hot water showers, big enough toilets, polite attendants, restaurants and bars, terraces, bikes, souvenirs for sale, parking, restaurants, shops, attractions nearby.
GGuest UserConveniently located a few steps away from the Whistler Gondola. Rent your ski gear from the Can Ski store located at the ground floor and you can easily drop off/pick up your skis at their valet.
Our suite has a kitchenette and dining table so it was easy to eat breakfast in our room before heading off to ski. There is a grocery store a 5 min walk away.
The fireplace in our suite was nice and we used it quite often. The hot water in the shower was almost instantly available which we appreciated. The hotel is a little dated but has everything we need. I highly recommend the Japanese restaurant, Ka Ze, located at the hotel. Reservations recommended.
HHasitaiguojiagongyuanyangguozhongThe room was spacious and included a sofa bed. The fireplace kept the room warm and cozy. The parking lot was large and convenient, and the service was excellent.
GGuest UserHotel is in a great place, two minutes walk into the centre of Whistler. Only used the bar a couple of times and didn’t eat there at all so can’t comment on the food. Used the pool once which was very nice, clean with plenty of sun beds.
Room was a good size, the bathroom was good, did notice the inside of the bottom of the bathroom door looked like it needed a bit of attention and there was a 3” bit of plaster (?) coming off the wall at the bottom of the wall behind the door.
Plenty of wardrobe space and drawers. Handy fridge. The bottles of water that were left were handy.
I find that most hotel rooms are quite dingy, not enough lights, why don’t they have a ceiling light?
My only complaints would be that the bed wasn’t comfortable, woke with an aching back every morning, think a new mattress is needed, had a bit of ‘roll together’ also the blackout curtains are handy but they didn’t fit the window, a bit short so the light came in under the curtains, the voiles were longer than the actual curtains.
That said we would definitely stay here again if we went back to Whistler.
GGuest UserThe management here was fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is within walking distance of the lifts, and of stores, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The room we had was fairly quiet even though we were on the middle of a party town on a holiday weekend. The only complaint we have is about the front desk staff. We requested hand towels be brought to our room, but the person at the desk at the time seemed to only pretend to care. Unsurprisingly, we never were brought towels and when we came back late, we just made due with what we had. I'm certain the managers would have done it themselves if they'd been at the desk at the time.
