Whistler Hotels with Wifi

"The hotel is located near a commercial street, so it's very convenient for eating, drinking, and having fun. The surrounding environment is great, and the hotel service is very warm. It's worth coming back; this is a tourist city."

"Upon check-in, the front desk staff gave me a thorough explanation of the facility (in English). Once I checked in, I received my key, a Wi-Fi code, my room number, and a paper with my check-out time written on it. The room was spacious and the bed was large enough for a single person! There was a mirror, a charger, about three hangers, and two compact shelves. There were two light switches: one just inside the entrance and one near the pillow. When I checked out, I simply returned the key. Once my check-in was confirmed, the deposit was deducted from the registered credit card or the card used for payment. I asked the front desk and they told me it would be refunded in about two weeks. It was very clean, and the receptionist also explained it gently and carefully."

"The check in staff was friendly and the bell boy was very helpful. Location was quite central in the village. A few things for my low rating is that the room was dusty and the air conditioning was very noisy and it was right beside the bed so it gets too cold. The other thing was the lift from the village side was not working on the day my friend wanted to visit and as she was on wheelchair, she could come into the hotel. There should be an extra lift for emergency. If she was to come through the front door, it was too far."

"Stayed 3 nights in the studio that has nice mountains view. It was cozy and comfort with well equipped kitchen. Mattress may need to updated, otherwise tasty coffee at the lobby, easy in/out ski storage and storage room. Public/ Hotel Parking underground also very convenient with payphone machines by hours. It was so convenient free shuttle bus stop located just behind the Hotel every 5 minutes to the Village Bus Loop. The staff was very informative and kind. "Firs of all, the receptionist was very friendly and had a big smile on her face during both check-in and check-out (it was the same lady), warm and nice lobby. Second, the room was smaller than I expected, smaller than what the website showed but it was clean. Third, when I arrived it was almost impossible to find a parking spot (see pic 4) because there were several hotels in the same area. I had to wait in my car for about 20 minutes until someone finally left so I could park and check in. Fourth, hotel parking is quite expensive $34 per night for self-parking and $39 for valet. The underground parking lot is right next to the garbage room (see pic 5) which was disgusting and horrible. I also saw two guys working in the parking area and they seemed really unfriendly. If they ever film another Conjuring series this could be a perfect location. To be fair, I did notice that several other 4 star hotels in Whistler have similar parking conditions: dark, old and dirty. Fifth, it was a bit cold at night and I tried to adjust the room temperature but it didn’t work. I mentioned this to the lady when I checked out. If you asked me if I would stay there again, probably NOT. The price is okay for the room and the location is very convenient there’s an Old Spaghetti Factory inside the hotel and several bars, restaurants and shops are just 5–10 minutes away on foot."

"This time, I stayed in a duplex room, and the overall sense of space and design was truly excellent. It was very comfortable to live in, and the view was great. However, the only slight drawback was that due to the duplex layout, the air conditioning didn't seem to circulate well to the upper floor, making it feel quite stuffy when sleeping upstairs. I suggest the hotel consider adding a circulating fan upstairs or enhancing the air conditioning system in the future, then the overall stay experience would be perfect!"

"Staff: friendly Location: amazing Cleanness: good The amenities were poor, like the ice tray was broken, other rooms that my friends stayed had free tea and milk but we didnt. No sponge. The shampoo was bad, used our own that we brought. Overall really good place to stay."

"Location was a bit far from main area. You'll need a car or take a bus ride. The front desk/receptionist didn't tell me that we could park anywhere on the RIGHT side of the entrance gate at the check-in. We used the room key to open the left side of the entrance gate, which didn't open at all. After many times failed and finally, they call the maintenance person, and he told us that we could've parked anywhere on the right side of the entrance gate which front desk person didn't tell us at all. So that was frustrating, and it took us 1 hour to figure out. The room was very clean and nice. We forgot toothpaste, but they brought it to us happily when we asked. so that was very delightful."

"The location is perfect. Great staff specially the one's from Front Desk. Very accommodating and cheerful to assist. We love that they have good coffee, their toiletries are outstanding. The only thing is we went for the pool area to relax but it was very dirty. The sauna was not set yet so we had to wait. The hot tub was warm not hot enough. Understandable that its outside pool so definitely there is going to be a lot of tree debris but if to maintain it is possible to keep it clean. The floor are of the pool accumulated a lot of sandy texture and a lot of floating stuffs."
