Politely offer to add wechat for communication if you need help.. 4. quickly and wholeheartedly search from many piles of goods, packages that we ordered on the taobao application.. 5. large room, clean with fun design.. 6. the front desk staff not only helps with hotel problems but even gives more help than expected for problems outside the hotel.. 7. with airport shuttle facilities 8. when we suddenly changed the shuttle schedule plan, the front desk officer kindly and sincerely rearranged it according to our new schedule.. SStannaThe hotel is right next to the Congress Center and connected to it via a covered walkway. Great spacious rooms with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. Everything is clean, neat, functional and has a stylish design. At first, the check-in did not go well due to a mistake by the receptionist, but the manager Victor did everything and even more so that this incident did not leave an unpleasant impression. The breakfast is not very varied. The pool on the 28th floor is excellent. Overall, the impression is good.

MMario NugrohoThe hotel is very neat and clean, and the space is quite spacious. The owners (husband and wife) are extremely friendly — whenever we had any difficulties, even though they didn’t speak English, they used a translation app and helped us a lot. They enjoy chatting, and we truly appreciate all the kindness they showed during our stay. An additional note: We checked in at midnight and were welcomed warmly. We came here just before winter, and having hot water for showering was extremely helpful. There is a washing machine and a dryer available, and both are free to use. We chose this hotel because it is close to our child’s campus. There are many street food stalls around the hotel with delicious and affordable options. There is also a supermarket and a traditional market nearby. If you come with a vehicle, the parking area is spacious as well. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place. We would definitely stay again in this hotel on the next visit!

GGuest UserIt was my first time to stay here and I found that the facilities were very complete and new. It gave me a pleasant surprise. The front desk of the hotel was also very good and the service was thoughtful and attentive. They also upgraded the room type for free. There were also free snacks at the front desk. Parking was also convenient. The venue is large and the rooms are clean and tidy. Overall, I highly recommend it and will stay here again next time.

GGuest UserI didn't think of commenting until the last day of my stay. The hotel I booked for my colleagues during the exhibition received unanimous praise. The key point is that it is close to Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center and is convenient for walking. The restaurants and subway stations next to it are nearby, which is convenient for eating. The breakfast is good, especially the Changsha rice noodles are delicious. The breakfast variety is also very complete and the taste is good. The facilities are complete, there is a self-service coffee machine at the front desk, and there are sofas and round tables in the lobby bar for us to meet guests and chat. The room is clean, the towels are very thick, the sound insulation is good and quiet, and the stay experience is very good.

GGuest UserA huge room with electric curtains and comfortable bed. I arrived late and had just arrived in China without any meals being served on the plane. They offered to order food for me on a food APP and had it delivered to the front desk and then brought it up to my room. Very kind, helpful people working there. The first time it might be a little tricky to find the hotel as it is inside a building near another hotel, but all the locals know the place and just ask anyone and they’ll lead you there. The next morning enjoyed a free shuttle to the airport to catch the Maglev to the South in Station. Everything about the hotel experience was great.

GGuest UserThe owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable, and the place is clean. They even offer airport drop-off service, which is a huge convenience! On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!
