Perfect
The Hotel was great. Clean, silent, new. But on top of that the personal was outstanding. No one single wish did not find a way to be expressed and done. Kind, precise, honest, caring always nice and I can continue with attribute to qualify the place. Traveling for business and have chance to work in relax atmosphere was great. Thank you very guys. AAnonymous UserStaying at the Holiday Inn, the lobby is clean, spacious and bright, there is free tea and sweets at the front desk,  The service is very warm, the attitude is very good, the efficiency is high, the price is affordable, the hygiene is very clean, it makes me feel like going home, thank the hotel staff for their caring service to me, The family is very satisfied with this trip, the traffic is very convenient, the whole is very comfortable, parking is free, highly recommended

Excellent location. Connected to mall. There are two halal restaurants in the mall. The staff named 'Bonnie' can speak fluent English & she helped me alot. Thanks Bonie. The room is very clean with big 100' projector. I didnt opt for breakfast this time. Coz i just want to wake up late & being lazy. No doubt , just book this hotel.

The hotel was clean and the rooms had plenty of space for us to stretch out. Xiao Peng at the front desk was extremely helpful. She remembered us from the first night at check in and had our room numbers memorized so she made it super simple to request our breakfast vouchers and an extra key card. She was also kind enough to give us some additional bottled water when we were checking out as she knew we had another long journey ahead of us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The breakfast was good - plenty of food choices to select from. The guest laundry was very useful, not only was it free they provide detergent as well. We were on the top floor (fifth floor) - no issue with noise from the hallway or outside. We were there when it was particularly hot in the region but the air conditioner worked well and we didn’t have any issues keeping the room cool. The only thing that surprised us was that the hallways weren’t air conditioned, nor was the gym, so just keep that in mind if you decide to utilize the fitness room.

The hotel is pretty nice! All the furniture and appliances are new, the bed is comfortable. There's a wifi in the room as well. Bathroom is clean. Hotel's breakfast is great, everyone can find something according to their preferences. The only negative thing there was renovation, so the view from the window was the construction site (at least it was like that on May 20, 2023). But we've stayed there only for one night so it wasn't a problem at all. All in all, 10/10!

The environment is pleasant, the front desk staff is friendly, the rooms are fully equipped, and there are smart guest control systems, making it convenient to travel around the area, which is quite impressive. Would definitely recommend !!

We stayed for one night with our kids and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast buffet was great—fresh, tasty, and with plenty of variety for both adults and little ones. The outdoor hot springs were set in a beautiful, peaceful location, perfect for relaxing. The indoor pool was huge. We also received amazing service throughout our stay—staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel!
