GGuest UserFacilities: For a desert location, the facilities were quite good. However, the projector overheated and shut down almost immediately after turning it on, which was really disappointing.
Cleanliness: Very clean, and housekeeping was prompt.
Environment: The desert scenery was magnificent and beautiful.
Service: Warm, attentive, and excellent.
Unlimited access to Xiansha Leisure Island for 2 adults (with exclusive guest lane): This was a lot of fun and really good. The priority access was only available at Xiansha.
Unlimited drinks at the cafe and tipsy bar: We tried both, and the staff were very welcoming. The Long Island Iced Tea and mocha were particularly good.

GGuest UserThe hotel's service was incredibly thoughtful, covering everything from check-in and luggage handling to transportation. Every staff member had a great attitude, which is quite rare and appreciated. The all-inclusive package was fantastic – three buffet meals, activities, and shows, definitely worth the price. So far, aside from the yurt accommodations being a bit basic (though excellent for a yurt!), everything else has been perfect. The biggest surprise was the evening performance, 'Nomad's Home,' which was an immersive experience showcasing Mongolian culture. With live Mongolian dance lessons, a bonfire, fireworks, and a DJ, it had such a great vibe! I personally think it offers better value than the Lotus and Xiangsha resorts!

The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, proactively upgrading my room and recommending nearby restaurants. The breakfast was varied and fresh, and the location was convenient, being close to the subway station. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit this city.

The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is fast, the location is excellent and the travel is convenient, the price is super high, and I will choose this one next time I stay!
The stay experience was great, the hotel was well done, and the facilities were complete and brand new. The staff is gentle and polite, the breakfast tastes good, quiet and not noisy, living at ease and comfortable, highly recommended!

Not A lot of info for non-Chinese tourists about the desert islands and there prices for foreigners, but that’s life in China. Have to get out by taxi or DiDi as it’s out there a ways from main roads

GGuest UserI found this little shop by chance. I was a little hesitant after reading the reviews, but since it's close to the scenic area, I decided to give it a try. The road at the entrance is indeed very ordinary, but when I got to the entrance of the courtyard, it was suddenly open, parking was convenient, the courtyard was clean, and the house was also clean. The boss is a very down-to-earth person and doesn't talk much. The family room at the entrance of the scenic area is more than 200 yuan, and the environment is really good. The boss's breakfast is very standard. I happened to see boiled corn and bought two. It was super delicious. The boss grew it himself, so I had to buy some to take away. After all, it's not a hotel. It's enough to solve the problem of food and clothing. There are almost no hotels with this price that include breakfast. If I come here to travel again, I will definitely stay here again. The boss's family can rent sandboards, and there are cute kittens.

All questions are answered patiently. The service is given to five-star praise. The soundproofing of the room is a little bit worse. The sound next door is louder. Can be heard, breakfast is relatively simple, But for this distance from Xiangsha Bay, the hotel is very cost-effective!
