Huge thanks to the front desk staff at Muyue for upgrading my room! The family terrace room was absolutely, incredibly comfortable. Having a terrace right outside the room meant I could experience Xitang without even leaving. The room layout was fantastic too – a king bed and a single bed, two sinks, and a bathtub. I'd definitely book this room again next time, even if it costs a bit more. The breakfast was also great, light and tasty. All the service staff were excellent. Plus, there's a shuttle right outside that takes you to the scenic spots. Highly recommend Muyue, I'm extremely satisfied!

The house price is good, cost-effective, the service is also very good, I like the overall style, and there is an ancient well in the yard! Very close to the scenic spot, convenient! Highly recommended for a family trip!

The location of the hotel is very advantageous. It is located in the center of the ancient town and the transportation is very convenient. It only takes a few minutes to walk to Xitang's main attractions, such as Yanyu Corridor, Songzi Laifeng Bridge, Bar Street, etc., which is very suitable for leisure vacation or business trip. The facilities are outstanding. The hotel's architectural style is elegant and exquisite, and the garden is planted with various flowers and green plants, making the environment very pleasant. The room is fully equipped, clean and tidy, giving people a warm and comfortable feeling. The bed was moderately soft and hard, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. The hotel has an internal bar, which is not open to the public. A variety of board and board games are also provided for guests' entertainment. You have more choices in your spare time, so you can fully enjoy the fun of your trip. The hotel staff are warm and friendly and always provide us with attentive service. Whether it was checking in or checking out, they were always there to answer our questions and help us with a smile. This attentive and thoughtful service made me feel very warm and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to friends who are planning to travel to Xitang. I believe you will also praise the facilities here just like me.

This hotel is quite good. There are many hotels in Xitang, mostly old-house guesthouses, and their quality varies. This one, however, is quite ideal. It has that tranquil, ancient charm of the old town, but the actual living experience is quite modern. We've stayed in many guesthouses before, and most weren't suitable for kids. But 'Lightyear Hotel' is perfect; the facilities, amenities, breakfast, etc., are all very thoughtful. The service from the hotel manager was also very dedicated, thumbs up!

We stayed in a room with an upstairs and downstairs level. It was spacious and beautifully appointed with a bathroom on each floor and a gorgeous private terrace. The host was very kind and helpful. The only issue we had was that in order for it to be a comfortable temperature upstairs, the downstairs had to be extremely cold. Putting a small air conditioner upstairs would be a good addition. Other than that, it was 10/10!

I booked the Five Lakes Riverside Balcony Room with Main Channel View and Bathroom at Regalia Riverside for Dec 30 and 31, 2025. The room looks exactly as it does in the photos. The balcony has plug ins, teapot, teacups and tea prepared for you. Across the balcony, you can see the famous bridge and the boat station. You can also see up and down the channel. Room size is good for 2 persons. In the room is a heater/AC which worked perfectly and Ms. Sun also kindly turned on the heater since she knew my arrival time. The room has a kettle but no cups, coffee. Luckily I had brought my own. Also, know that the hotel does not provide breakfast - not a problem for me but for those we eat breakfast, just step outside. Location is perfect, it's in the heart of ancient town so easy to walk everywhere. Outside your door is snack street and at the end of the street is a ”food court”. Despite it's central location and opposite of the boat station, the noise was manageable. When I closed the balcony doors, I didn't hear anything (maybe too cold for people to loiter around?). Everyone was very nice and kind. Ms. Sun went out of her way to help me with my return bus ticket to Hangzhou, giving me directions on how to arrive at the hotel/meeting point where she waited for me, and her colleague even walked and waited for my car when I departed for Hangzhou. Going from Hangzhou to Xitang was an adventure as I read many different versions and my hotel told me another in my research. All in all, i highly recommend Regalia and Xitang! Thank you to Ms Sun and everyone for making my 2026 new year experience so memorable!

Stayed here for 3d2n on March 9 2025! The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is in Xitang which is a tourist area so come in after 5pm and the entrance fee is free! The hotel staff was really friendly as we left a note letting them know that my partner is a professional photographer so we booked a room with a balcony to take pictures. Before we checked-in, the owner offered to bring us to another hotel he owns in the area to see if liked the views there better but we still chose to stay in Manjuelong. The rooms are quite spacious and the hotel was quite quiet at the time. The hotel is situated inside a tourist area which was quite convenient for us to walk around and explore! If we go back to Jiaxing again, we will consider staying here again!

The first time I visited Xitang Ancient Town, I chose this hotel. It is located at the second door of Tangjia Lane, and the location is easy to find. The owner's surname is Tang, a local, very talkative and enthusiastic. The room is decorated in an antique style and the space is not small.

Arrived at 9 o'clock in the evening, living in Xitang Scenic Area, I feel very convenient to go shopping during the day. The accommodation is a duplex room. The boss went to the entrance of the village to pick it up. The room was very clean and satisfied. 👍

The room is in the scenic area, you can come in when it is free, and then you can play at will in the ancient town. The boss has a very good attitude and is very caring. If you have any questions, you will reply in time and do it yourself. The room space is super large, the entire second floor and the living room are private areas, and there is also a mahjong table and a projector! The two rooms are very large and very distinctive, basic toiletries are provided, and disposable towels and bath towels are provided. When I came, it rained heavily. The boss was very good. We were allowed to keep it here. If the rain was small, we would go ～. Very satisfied with an experience, I will choose this store next time!
