Initially, she assigned me a room near the elevator, but later patiently changed me to a corner room. However, there was a hot pot restaurant downstairs, and around 11 PM, the exhaust fan was extremely noisy. The receptionist patiently explained that the noise would stop after 11 PM when the restaurant closed. The owner also apologized and gave us a gift (we had too much stuff in our car, so we didn't take it with us when we checked out; we appreciated the gesture). 3. The room cleanliness was lacking.
