"This is my first negative review of a hotel on Ctrip. Our group of seven booked three standard rooms and one double room. One of the standard rooms had a strong sewer odor, and when we asked to change rooms, the owner said they were fully booked and couldn't change rooms. Two of our friends who stayed in that room were feeling unwell, and the friend in the double room was willing to switch rooms with them, but the owner wouldn't allow us to switch rooms internally first! Also, there was very little hot water in the room, and the soundproofing was poor."
