GGuest UserBecause the flight was delayed, I arrived at the hotel late. I called the hotel to ask if I would be late. The rooms were all left over by others. The staff said no. The service was very thoughtful. Two cups of tea were served when I checked in at the hotel lobby. Every staff member I met on the way greeted me, which was very good.
The hotel upgraded the guest rooms for free. The TV in the guest room can be projected. The hardware and software facilities are very good. The staff sent breakfast for two people, and the security staff helped with the luggage. There are also books downstairs that can be brought to the room to read. Not bad

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the center of Puning, with Wantaihui and Plaza downstairs. It is very convenient for shopping and dining, and it is very lively. The hotel parking lot and the shopping mall have the same entrance, so there is a bit of traffic jam. The room has a soft mattress and is clean. There is a gym and a self-service laundry room. The decoration style is very warm and there are many breakfast options. It's a pity that there is a cup of coffee missing. The stay experience is good.

JJenson HiahIt’s near to Puning Station, located near to 商品城（20min walking) near to 老二肠粉, this hotel do cater mahjong room for customer on Lvl 12 & 13, sometime they also allow them to play in their own room, you will hear them dragging their chair and slamming the door quite often, other than that the hotel also provide simple Chinese breakfast..and lastly they have a team of excellent customers service reception, that’s really a plus point for the hotel! Thank you very much for the service rendered! Kudos to the hotel who had such a great team!

There is free self help washing machine, but location is at roof and is spooky to go up in the night, avoid night time.

MM45927****The breakfast was such a delightful surprise, Shantou breakfast is truly divine! A long row of specialty side dishes neatly arranged, paired with smooth local congee – there were so many options it was hard to choose. It really captured the authentic Shantou flavor!
The room was clean and tidy, and the young ladies at the front desk were warm and attentive! They even gave me a free room upgrade and recommended delicious food and fun attractions around the hotel. It was a wonderful trip!

The color of the ingredients is very good, bright red, and the flavor is strong but not greasy. It is a very authentic restaurant and the food is served very quickly. Fortunately, I didn’t have to wait too long. The taste is very refreshing and not greasy at all. I recommend it to friends who like similar flavors! It's really suitable to come here to get together with good friends. I come here two or three times a year. It has become a must-have for my gatherings. It's really worth the trip. Although there are many people, it's so beautiful. I was surprised throughout the whole process. Here is my evaluation essay. I will give my evaluation immediately after the experience. I highly recommend everyone to come here. It's my first time here, and I came with the idea of exploring the store. I ordered a special drink, which was quite a surprise. It deserves praise. GGuest UserIt is very convenient to travel by car, eat and visit attractions in the surrounding area. The room is quite big. The floor is higher than the surrounding area and the windows are not blocked. If a large family lives together, connected rooms will be arranged. If you continue to stay, the room will be cleaned and all the bed sheets and quilt covers will be changed.
