AAnonymous UserThe room was very clean, and the lady at the front desk was so warm and helpful. The food cooked by the auntie was delicious too! It was a great experience for the kids to see and feel what a 'pit dwelling' cave house is like – it was just like the descriptions in our history books coming to life.

CChaRLoTte_14Homestay run by a young man and his father. Room is spacious and clean. No eateries nearby as this place was up on a hill, menu available to order meals fr homestay, price is reasonable and quite delicious.
We enjoyed our stay here, kids like it too as it was an unique experience to stay underground.
Will recommend this place.

SSean DanielI love coming to Lingbao every year to slow down the pace of life. I consider the Lingbao natives at the front desk—Xiao Niu, Xiao Ma, Xiao Shi, Xiao Yu, Xiao Yuan (Xiao Juan—the most enthusiastic and loving one, with a voice and expressions that sounded almost like she was being pleading, it's a pity she's gone, it feels like a unique personality is missing)—as friends and family. They and the housekeepers provide excellent service. The room is as clean and tidy as ever. They generously provide me with coffee every day. Xiao Shi is incredibly attentive and thoughtful. I accidentally left my cup behind and forgot to take it, but he still took the time to mail it to my address in Singapore and helped me fill out all the necessary information. Xiao Shi, thank you so much! I'll definitely treat you to a meal next time I stay. The only small problem is that someone knocked on the door this morning to ask for cleaning, while I was still asleep. Xiao Ma, I messaged them to have the room cleaned in the afternoon, but they came knocking again the next day. Xiao Ma, it seems you don't care about my request, so I had to speak to the housekeeping staff myself. Little Ma, like I said in my previous review, your service attitude is enthusiastic, but the expression on your face shows reluctance. If you weren't wearing makeup, you look haggard and often appear exhausted. It's not your fault, I just like teasing you... Hahahahahaha

BBob068The room layout is reasonable and fully functional. It is recommended to equip the room with a shoe horn for easy wearing of shoes. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, but the only drawback is that it is inconvenient to get in and out of the underground garage, especially since parking is too random on the access road at the entrance to the underground garage, which affects access. This experience is very bad! Hopefully the stay will be improved when we return next year. The front desk service was good and efficient.

Ccookie0214Nice hotel, because I have to bring my dog with me, I didn't compare the price with other hotels. Pet friendly, no deposit or extra fees required, of course, pay attention to dog hygiene and don't damage items.
The room is very nice, clean and hygienic, and the facilities are complete and useful. The supplies are free and the charges are clear. Self-driving, there is a small yard at the door, there are not many parking spaces, but parking is very convenient. There seems to be an underground garage, but I haven’t experienced it yet.
The above hardware is good, but the software needs to be improved.
Breakfast is the highlight, highly recommended, suitable for all kinds of people, and the waiter service in the restaurant is also good.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean and quite large. There were free midnight snacks and coffee, as well as free clothing. The parking lot was also large. The front desk ladies were also very welcoming. They provided small clips, rubber bands, and small bags of laundry detergent in the lobby. They were very considerate and heartwarming. So I stayed another night with my friend. We discussed that if we have the opportunity to come here again during the Chinese New Year, we would stay here again.

However, the hotel's daily maintenance of the facilities is not good enough. The toilet lid is not fixed, but simply put on, and the wash faucet does not produce cold water.

The location is convenient, the room is spacious and bright, the sanitation is in place, the facilities are complete and easy to use, the mattress pillows are very comfortable. CChensuiqvq開門第一眼就覺得環境很好很整潔 因為是一個人住所以買的單人間 空間小小的很有安全感 但不會太侷促 本以為床是那種標間裏面的床 沒想到還挺大的 睡倆人都夠 房間裏很乾凈床品軟軟的睡的超舒服 電視機也很大投屏很方便 空調很管用 沐浴露啥的都香香的 衞生間是用簾子乾濕分離的 保潔阿姨也很有禮貌服務很好 不足的地方就是洗漱台稍微有點小不太方便 床有一邊的插頭好像有點松充不上電 偶爾會聽見隔壁聲音但影響不大 也配備有耳塞 不錯的體驗
