I booked this hotel on a business trip. The room is spacious, the balcony is very chic, and there is a comfortable single sofa. The close relatives of the Wetland Park outside the window have a panoramic view, the breakfast is rich and delicious, and the service of the staff is very good, especially when we leave the store without an appointment. The delivery time is tight, and the front desk has no time to send a car, so the staff drove us to the station in a private car. The location is quite good, the view from the room is very good! Opposite the hotel is Miaodigou Museum and Heritage Park, less than three kilometers away from Sanmenxia South Station, with convenient transportation. The painting in the hall is so beautiful, summarizing the past and present of Sanmenxia!

The five-star hotels I have stayed in are not too few. The breakfast is OK. The service of the catering department is very good, helping to heat up the food, and the missing meals can be replenished in time. Here are a few issues encountered for encouragement: 1. There is still a smell of decoration in the hotel, and the decorative plants you see when you get out of the elevator on the floor are two small pots of green radishes, and the aura is a bit out of place; 2. I arrived at the store around 21:10 in the evening and asked about heating food, but was told that there was no microwave oven available and the restaurant was closed; 3. When Ctrip placed an order, the member benefits include late check-out and free room upgrades, but when I arrived at the store, I was told by the front desk that I could only upgrade the room type if the booked room type was full! How can this be explained? That's not what Ctrip says. Ramada can upgrade, but there is no upgrade here? very strange operation; 4. The structure of the room is very peculiar, as shown in Figure 1, the shooting angle is the door of the house, and the two beds are directly facing when the door is opened; 5. The drinking water is provided by Master Kong, which doesn’t match the house price; 6. The toiletries are not equipped with body lotion.

The room is large, the bedding is very comfortable, the swimming pool is quite satisfactory, and the overall service of the hotel is very good. Although there are not too many types of breakfast, it is still exquisite and full. Generally speaking, it is the most cost-effective. The only problem is that many small flying insects will come in the room, probably because the screen window is a bit big

A very bad experience. First, when I arrived at around 5pm, the room was not cleaned up yet. I was told that I would upgrade the room later, but after waiting for half an hour, I still got the original room. The room was not upgraded, thinking that I might get free breakfast. A very bad experience. The air conditioner was turned on all night and only blew out the wind. It only dropped to 26 degrees in the morning. The shrimp dumplings for breakfast were also too salty. You can either mark the price of the drinks in the small refrigerator, a small bottle of water is 9 yuan. When checking in, the waiter said that if you cancel Ctrip, the room price will be 10 yuan cheaper. It turned out to be this routine, eh.

This hotel is claimed to be a 5-star hotel on Ctrip Shanghai, so I chose the most expensive Swan* International Hotel in Sanmenxia. However, after I checked in, there were black mimeographs on the floor of the room, and there was a lot of dust and mud on the screen windows. The most dangerous thing is There was broken glass in the bathroom. I stayed in room 711. Later, after I asked questions, I was changed to room 1812. It was said to be an executive room, but the facilities were too average. There were not many facilities in some slightly better express hotels, but the room was expensive. It is twice as expensive as them, and breakfast is ** yuan per person, but both the variety and quality are not up to the standards of a five-star hotel, so I say don’t trust Ctrip. They don’t understand it at all. Ctrip should stop lying to people.
