GGuest UserThe location is excellent and the apartment itself is attractive and generally comfortable. However, considering that we paid around £137 for one night, I did not feel it offered good value for money.
The apartment was very noisy, with considerable noise from the square outside as well as service/construction vehicles below. There were also some surprisingly impractical details — for example, there was nowhere in the bathroom to hang towels.
The biggest disappointment was the service. I messaged shortly after 8am on the morning of check-out to ask whether we could leave our luggage for a few hours, but received no reply. By around noon, I still had not heard back and had to call. I was then simply told to find an external luggage-storage facility ourselves, which ended up costing us €20 for just a few hours.
I appreciate that this is an apartment rather than a full-service hotel, but at this price I would expect better communication and more consideration for guests’ basic needs. The central location is undoubtedly a major advantage, but for us the noise, lack of practical details and limited service meant that it simply did not feel worth the price.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Gran Hotel Miramar GL during my stay from November 1st to 4th, 2025. The hotel is stunning—elegantly designed with a perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a beautiful view.
The staff were exceptionally professional and attentive, always ready to assist with a warm smile. Every detail, from the check-in process to the housekeeping service, was handled with care and efficiency.
The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. The hotel's location is ideal—peaceful yet close to the beach and city attractions.
Overall, Gran Hotel Miramar GL exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Málaga.

꽃꽃이파리The staff is very friendly and the location is good. I booked a twin room, but they upgraded me to a triple room?? I booked a room without a view, and I understand that there is no view, but the window could not be opened properly. During quarantine during the corona period, the window opens just enough to let in air. Also, there is an opaque sheet on the window, so it feels like I am in a motel, not a hotel. The staff was very friendly, but why,,, again???ㅎㅎ

The location is a bit biased, on a small road, there are no shops around. But ubereat is still convenient to order takeaway. At that time, I didn't know that there was also a family in the old town of Malaga. I found out that if I came to the old town next time, it would be more convenient to eat and go shopping.
The room was smaller than I thought, but three people lived enough, the kitchen utensils and kitchen utensils were very complete, there was a microwave, and there was a welcome gift. I left a coat in the room. Although I can't come back to get it, if the hotel can contact me, I will feel that the service is better.
Of course, for the hotel apartment, it is clean and tidy, it is good!

Room was nice and modern, shower was great. Only downside was that the street-facing room could be quite noisy, particularly due to the rubbish collections at 1/2am. Otherwise an excellent hotel.

AArthur C W TsangRoom is large. Have small bar and have a long arm sofa. Bathroom size is not small. It has a separate bath tub and shower room. Bed is comfortable and air conditioning is good, especially in Spain. It's critical. The location is good. We just walk from the Train Station with 15 minutes. Also it is not far away from the old town where there are many restaurants and shops over there.

GGuest UserLocated 10 minutes from the airport. 5 minute taxi ride to city centre. Reception staff were helpful, Room was spacious and clean, bathroom was a good size.
There’s a nice cafe at the lobby, we had our breakfast there every morning. A shopping mall is located next to the hotel and there’s a huge supermarket in the mall.

My room was clean, with ample towels and clean linen. Unfortunately no hairdryer or kettle in the room, the description didn't advertise them either. Combination cooker, fridge, TV all as new.
There is a shared kitchen available for guests to use. 24/7 also tea, coffee and snacks available 24/7 located in the cafeteria in the vending machines.
Excellent food cooked freshly daily in the student cafeteria. 😊 Super

GGuest UserThe hotel is nice, far from the city center, but there are buses that take 40 minutes to get there. If you are not in a hurry, you can consider it. Malaga Atlas is only 6 stops away, so it is also convenient for shopping.
