Welcoming check in. Staff friendly and helpful. Room spotless, with everything we needed. Very comfy pillows! Good breakfast, especially the omelettes. A short walk to Symphony Hall, the reason for our stay. We have stayed here before and will do so again.

Guest UserSo convenient for everything!
We had an earlier check in than we expected. Met friends at Brindley place and enjoyed a weekend with friends. Breakfast was great, with a lot of variety, friendly staff and options for all diets.
Parking was super close and relatively good value considering the location.
Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom well appointed with White Company goods.
No noise from neighbours so all in all a really good choice.

Anonymous UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I slept very well and really enjoyed my stay.
The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful during the check-in process. When I mentioned that I preferred a higher floor, they kindly arranged a room change for me, which I really appreciated.
The location is also very convenient, with a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it easy to get around the city.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Birmingham. I would happily stay here again in the future.

60+peipeijieFirst time staying at a B&B and it was a great experience! The train station is close by, as is the city center, and the surrounding area is really convenient. Especially handy for Moor Street Station, where you can catch the train to Shakespeare's birthplace – don't go to the wrong one! The large shopping mall has a fantastic design too! If you want to know more about Birmingham, check it out! 👀

Guest UserWe enjoyed are stay , breakfast was included and had a lot of choice and was delicious, also I want to say a massive thank you to Leanne !!!! This lady is such a great person , she really went above and beyond for myself and my Aunti, my Aunti is disabled and had left her crutch on our train from Preston , on arrival we asked if there was anywhere we could buy a replacement but the shop was closed due to it being Sunday , this lady went to her house after her shift and gave us her late husbands walking still to lend for our stay!! I just want to let this hotel chain know what an amazing and beautiful person they have as an employee. Thank you once again Leanne . And we will definitely be back in future .

Really unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the room, there was a huge amount of dust anywhere that I was sneezing continuously.
Also, the most disgusting thing were the bedsheets, stained with yellow spots! I asked for a new set of bedsheets and the reception gave them to me and I had to put them on, because there was no one of the cleaning team to do it.
Very very very unsatisfied.

Highly recommend this apartment! Our family (one adult, three children) had a very satisfying stay. The beds in the room were super comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. The best part was having a washing machine in the room, which solved the hassle of doing laundry during a long trip. The hotel has an elevator, making it easy to carry luggage. Although the walk to the busiest downtown area goes past the art museum and is a little bit further, it was a pleasant stroll. During our stay, another guest's cooking smoke triggered the building's fire alarm, which shows that the hotel's fire safety system works very well and gives peace of mind. The staff were very friendly. It was a great stay!

Guest UserI stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.
