UUncle RioVery nice hotel with a family like warm hospitality and professionalism. I particularly thank Afreen (Guest Relationship Employee), who personally guided me to my room on my arrival to Hotel the day before yesterday. I surely want to come back here with my wife, hopefully within the next few months not years.
EEddieb2bThe perfect hotel in Agra. The real 5 star hotel.
The service is extremely high, the stuff can help you with everything.
The breakfast is delicious and there are a lot of choice.
From the Sky deck you can see Taj Mahal and have a drink (cocktail price is 1000 rupees).
The dinner was great.
And the best thing is a swimming pool.
ZZiguyilaimeinanziThis hotel is conveniently located near the East Gate of the Taj Mahal, just a ten-minute walk away. The breakfast selection is also plentiful. The hotel itself is quite clean and hygienic. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, even assisting us with booking Taj Mahal tickets. Definitely recommend it.
GGuest UserWe stayed for 3 nights and were really happy with the overall service. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered great value for money. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary laundry service and the extended check-out hours, such thoughtful touches! Everything was smooth and comfortable from start to finish. Truly an awesome stay and highly recommended!
DDanielle JadeThis hotel is packed with old-school charm. Room was comfortable and beautifully decorated and the grounds of the hotel are lovely. The staff were all very hardworking and welcoming, despite us showing up late at night after a delayed flight. Breakfast was good. Restaurant fare is on the pricier side compared to outside food (as to be expected with hotels) but tasty and generous, we also really enjoyed their special Xmas Eve dinner. Location is a bit further out from the taj area but it was very easy to get around using Uber auto (rickshaws) and the hotel’s garden area + pool area made it feel like a nice quiet oasis from busy Agra, so we slept well. They were doing some work on the rooftop during the time we were there so we weren’t able to use the terrace - a shame as the views seemed great.
ZZHIHAOGo to the Taj Mahal and stay here for one night. The interior of the hotel is old and the bedding is clean. Don't ask too much in India. The service is good, it may be the legacy of the old British colony, and the breakfast is rich. The hotel is not far from the Taj Mahal, more than 1 km, the hotel is opposite the military camp, I heard that security is guaranteed. Overall it can.
MMrs KhadkaThe service at Hotel Sun Grand was excellent. The staff were very attentive and made every effort to provide prompt and friendly service. Their smiles and willingness to help added to the overall pleasant experience. The food was tasty, and the service was timely too. The staff also provided excellent late-night vehicle service. They ensured that we had a convenient and safe transportation option, which was especially helpful during our stay. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Overall, my experience at this hotel was enjoyable and comfortable. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserEverything was up to mark. The room was neat & clean. Food was also quite expensive but it was ok. I chose thali which was good in taste & quantity was ok for one person.
