GGuest UserRestaurant service-i ordered dinner for 2: mushroom soup, chicken, hakka noodles and a small bowl of curd. Each dish was served separately while the entire restaurant was empty except for us 2. Chefs should note that it's not pleasant to have a dish served individually while the other person at the table have no choice but to watch the other eat while he waits for his dish. Shows lack of management in food preparation. Even when the restaurant was literally empty. Dear chefs, i know u work hard, but please try and serve food at one go, especially when it's just for two. Else i found the hotel service very good. Good ambience, well located, friendly staff, good rooms, good and spacious bathroom clean linens etc.

SSAYAKAやや中心部から離れていますが、バグドグラ空港からシッキムに移動のために利用したので問題ありません。建物はバトミントンコートの脇に客室があり、地元の方が練習していたりします。気になる人はおすすめしません。部屋はシンプルですが、居心地良いです。冬の利用ですが追加の毛布があり、寒くありませんでした。また、朝食もシンプルなインド料理ですが、とても美味しく、スタッフも親切でした。犬が沢山いますので、犬が嫌いな方はおすすめしません。

GGuest UserAbout the stay.. it was excellent.. all facilities available. Also the behaviour of the staff was very polite which is very very important. About the location , its a bit outskirts from the city and they dont have their own drop off cars .. so the car rent to railway station was a bit high( rs 600 for 4.4 kms to njp railway station). About the food , price is fine but the chicken was too spicy and not fresh. But overall just for stay i more than satisfied.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very convenient location and aesthetically appealing. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. As we booked the rooms in the hotel twice in 10 days, they were generous enough to accommodate us in upgraded rooms, even though had booked through MMT. The staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. Although, it was one time trip, definitely will visit again if given a chance.

GGuest UserThis is a transit hotel for people going to various destination within north bengal, sikkim, bhutan. Hotel has all amenities as required for short stay. Good location, connected to major rail, bus auto, taxi stands. Food is good, breakfast us ok not much choice. Staff behaviour is ok. Only one negative is allowing lobbies to be smoking.
