The hotel, rooms and staff were excellent. Especially Akash you was there at reception made us comfortable and was very informative. Modern room with amenities , clean and hygienic bathrooms are plus points. The hotel is clean and tidy. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

The stay was very comfortable. I found the location of the hotel using Google maps. I was very easy to locate the destination since it located on the main station road.The food is available through room service and the quality was excellent and tasty.The amenities in the room were adequate. However if the room is provided with electric tea/coffee maker with necessary sachets of sugar , teabags and coffee then it would have been most convenient.The staff was very cooperative, responsive, polite and kind enough to provide the needed support and service. Overall it was a nice place for 1-2 days stay.

If you are going to visit hazoor sahib sachkand gurdwara the hotel is about 6km and it will take you about 30mins or so by auto considering the horrible traffic and road condition. The hotel rooms otherwise are very clean, hygienic and quiet. Beds are comfortable. They need to improve the water pressure in the bathrooms and take in or add a sink in the bathrooms. Breakfast is up to the mark a mix of south indian and local. The restaurant is a must try the veg variety is good. Compliments to the chef and the staff for looking after us. The hotel was good but on an emergency basis we had to leave after staying 1 night only whereas we booked room for 2 nights the policy says that money is non refundable. They shod have not put that policy atleast breakfast shod be served from the hotel they had to get it from out & serve us which was kind of dem buy hotel shod keep kitchen in their hotel itself

Stayed overnight in executive room. Property is under renovation. Location and external ambience is good but service needs improvement. Wash basin and commode were broken. Washroom needs renovation. Drinking water and towels were provided on request. Kettle and tea/coffee making facility is not provided in the room, which is expected keeping in view the high room tarrif. Did not try food.
