"Would not recommend this hotel if you want to get good sleep. The rooms have absolutely zero sound proofing. If the neighbouring rooms are using their bathrooms, the noise from the water pipes is unbelievably loud. This is something I have experienced for the first time in any hotel. The doors are thin as cardboard and you can hear people screaming and shouting in the hallway. And they play music on speakers in the hallway as if this much disturbance wasn't't already enough."

Overall: My stay at was just about okay due to the significant hygiene issues and okay service that could be bettered. Tips for Improvement: Thorough Cleaning: Implement stricter cleaning protocols and ensure all areas of the hotel are properly maintained. Regular Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure all amenities are functioning properly."

"My wife and I stayed in Hotel Pratham, Solapur for 2 nights from 27th to 29th February 2024. Centrally located close to Saat Rasta junction, the hotel is easily reachable. The access is elegant with an expansive parking area that can accommodate 10 cars. The lobby has a nice waiting lounge. Mr. Shafi at the front office was very helpful with the checking-in process. The room was quite spacious and the bathroom clean. The AC was super effective despite a scorching Sun outside. The well-appointed room had an office desk, a large 43" LED TV , a glass-topped coffee table, coffee-maker ***** with ingredients for self-serviced tea & coffee. The mini-fridge was very effective which I don't find in most of the hotels at this price-point. The king sized-bed had a cushioned bench at the foot which was very useful for keeping the luggage. Mobile charging-points on both sides of the head-board proved to be very useful. One suggestion - the wardrobe in the room had only one clothes-hanger. Better quality hangers and more in quantity may be provided in the wardrobe. Late in the night, we called up the front office and asked for extra pillows. They were provided within 2 minutes flat. The restaurant and the Bar, I understand, run by a third-party in the basement has a good ambience. The buffet breakfast, though not exquisite, was good enough. The attached garden restaurant was cool and refreshing in the evening. We had an enjoyable stay at Hotel Pratham. I wish them all the best. Keep the service up."

"The best hotel in Solapur. Large rooms with complete glass walls for excellent views. Clean linen,clean washrooms,great quality toiletries. The location is at a chowk where you get autorickshaws,cabs,city bus. Airport is just a km away from this hotel. It is a far safer choice than many hotels as it is on the main road,saw a solo lady staying at my opposite room . Ample parking space,arrangement for drivers too. The food is delicious . The staff is polite,the owner has keen concerns about the guests and cares for them . I never expected this level of superb hospitality from a standalone hotel in Solapur. Everything is just spot on!"
