AAnonymous UserThe location of the hotel is excellent, the castle is both out and the restaurants are all around. The breakfast buffet is full and you can basically find all the food you want to eat. The front desk of the hotel is very welcoming and willing to help solve the problem. The room was newly renovated, but I don't know why I still use the old carpet, the only shortcoming.

GGuest UserExcellent location near the Duomo. The rooms are cozy and neat, facing a quiet street. The host speaks good English, and he is very nice and very patient. He shared a lot of information on tourist attractions and places to see. The hotel serves excellent breakfast for each guest in an amazing dining room (see pictures).

GGuest UserThe hotel is very cost-effective, the most special is the bathroom, the barrier-free facilities are too convenient, the utensils are also very new. The room size is moderate. A kettle bar is also provided. The reception staff service is good. The location of the hotel is a little far from the train station, there is no pedestrian road at the door, and it is not easy to pull the box to the hotel road. The hotel is a chain management group with reliable service quality.

AAnonymous UserI stayed for only one night with only stay. The location is exceptional. In the centre of the castle. A few problems for parking, resolved shortly. The room assigned to me was for people with disabilities. The receptionist was very kind and immediately made me a new room which was very comfortable and clean.

GGuest UserRight in front of Ferrara Castle with a spacious room and toilet big enough for couples and travellers with kids. Surrounded by bars and restaurants and all the tourists services the city can offer. Although the hotel is part of a traffic restricted area, the city allows travellers to unload and reload luggages on their car with an exemption as long as you fill the related form at the hotel.
