Ci siamo trovati davvero bene, un luogo pulito, curatissimo e dotato di ogni servizio, letto comodo. Posizione magnifica. Accoglienza ben organizzata e personale gentilissimo e cordiale. Lo consiglio. Ci tornerei.

Just a standard hotel, nothing bad, nothing extraordinary. Just a place to stay, while on a business trip.

Excellent location near the Duomo. The rooms are cozy and neat, facing a quiet street. The host speaks good English, and he is very nice and very patient. He shared a lot of information on tourist attractions and places to see. The hotel serves excellent breakfast for each guest in an amazing dining room (see pictures).

Environment: The hotel is very retro and warm, the lobby likes 💕 Hygienic: clean and tidy, very satisfied Service: The staff is good, the front desk English is great 😊 Only the breakfast type is relatively small, bread ham and milk 🥛

Great, not far from the station, nearby is also very convenient, the most important thing is that the boss is very good, the colleagues who pass have been praised, we asked him for help when we encountered problems, he tried his best to help us check the information, etc., thank you very much. Right in front of Ferrara Castle with a spacious room and toilet big enough for couples and travellers with kids. Surrounded by bars and restaurants and all the tourists services the city can offer. Although the hotel is part of a traffic restricted area, the city allows travellers to unload and reload luggages on their car with an exemption as long as you fill the related form at the hotel.

The location is convenient in that area and the property is awesome. Staff is amazing and we felt right at home.
