Hotel is perfectly located for exploring Ortigia. Francesco was very welcoming and helpful with information on the accommodation, parking and recommendations for things to do/see and places to eat.

Very beautiful place and super clean. Check in was hassle free and Stephano and his kindly mum are the greatest hosts. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone! Stephano is most helpful and the much raved about breakfast lives up to its name. Thank you Stephano for helping us so much with the item we left behind, so blessed!

This is relatively small, and the Chinese live less, come and evaluate it. I have been traveling with my mother in Italy for 10 days. Because my mother slept and snored, she was already mentally weak. Thanks to this hotel for saving my dog's life. The design of one bedroom and one living room can be expanded in the living room to achieve one person and one room. A bit like a domestic designer hotel, but the materials are better, the furniture is Italian expensive brand, but also comes with a sauna, quite advanced. The location is very good, 8 minutes walk from the train station. It is also close to Otiga Island and 15 minutes walk. The boss is very good, Siracusa is a place with a very simple folk customs, the boss said that the neighbors are known, and they are quite safe. The hotel also has a seafood restaurant next door, oysters and seafood rice are delicious, but it is said to be a little more expensive than other seafood restaurants on Otiga Island.

The door is not very obvious. After the car drove in, it suddenly became clear. The management was very careful. The garden plants and swimming pool are very beautiful. The environment and service are good. If you have time, you can stay for two days and enjoy it. The bread for breakfast is made by the hotel. It is delicious. When I left, I was also given a bottle. Olive oil. Worth recommending!

Very good location at the same price, very close to the business district and the church square. The rooms are very spacious, very different from those cramped hotel rooms. It is more suitable for the whole family to travel together. The breakfast is very rich, and it is not compliant with a five-star hotel. If the check out is too early, the hotel will prepare a take away breakfast in advance. The only thing to note is that the front desk is not staffed 24 hours a day. If you arrive too late, it is best to greet the hotel in advance.

Mercure hotel although out of Ortigia out town enjoys a very nice location next to the archeological site and next to regional bus stops that take you to cities like Noto. The pool on the rooftop is clean and well maintained and the reception is nice and welcoming. The rooms are cool with floor to ceiling window bays and the breakfast on the rooftop is heavenly especially with the fresh ricotta and cannelloni. This is for me the must be in hotel when in Siracusa.

Excellent Stay with Great Location and Stunning Views I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic—just a 16-minute walk from the train station and about 15-20 minutes on foot to the island’s main attractions. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean， with the added bonus of being close to the sea. It even had two balconies, allowing us to enjoy the lovely views and fresh air. What made our stay even better was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always welcoming and went out of their way to assist us whenever needed. The location is excellent, about 5 minutes from both the train station and the bus terminal, and about 10 minutes from Ortigia Island. I arrived from Taormina and made a day trip to Noto during my stay. After Syracuse, I went to Palermo, and this location was very helpful. The staff are warm and have a homely atmosphere. The facilities are old, but the hot water was good and the room wasn't cold, so I was very satisfied. I would like to stay again next time.

We have waited for 15 mins outside the accommodation which no one is inside. There isn’t any check-in details provide for us when we arrive and we have to call the owner to wait for her arrival to check in. The room is nice and clean. However, the location is a bit too far from the city centre. There’s a bus stop nearby but there is only a single bus each hour.

The room is small but clean, and you get what you need (hairdryer and shower stuff). The breakfast time is very early and not much a variety of food so we skipped mostly. The location is very close to the Neapolis Archaeological Park but I would prefer to live somewhere closer to Ortigia next time as there are more restaurants and activities going on there. Especially if you don’t have a car, you will have to walk 20+ minutes there which is a torture to walk during the cruel summer. If you want to do laundry, nothing nearby. Also no reception so you will have to call the number upon arrival and wait for the lady to come.
