Great
AAnonymous UserHighly recommend this hotel, though the building looks weird but the view from the hotel rooms, onsen and the free lounge was amazing. However this place is only accessible if you have a vehicle. The public Bath had two outdoor tubs with beautiful view of the Mt fuji. I have stayed with the hotel next to outlet before, in comparison, this was so much quieter, less crowds and better view.
GGuest UserThe environment was very comfortable and chill. The tents were spotless, the private bathroom was impeccably clean, and the shower had great water pressure. The BBQ dinner was delicious, and the simple breakfast was also well-balanced! Even if you cook yourself, the facilities are complete, which I'm very satisfied with 👍🏻 I really loved it!
The best part was waking up to a view of Mount Fuji from my room, and having breakfast with a view of Mount Fuji again – it made me so happy! 😃
It's convenient if you have a car; it's a 7-minute drive to Gotemba Premium Outlets and a 7-8 minute drive to the supermarket.
RReinhardtastreaIs a comfortable and well‑located base for a Mt Fuji adventure, with easy access to both the Subashiri and Gotemba trails. The property offers many great amenities, and I especially appreciated how easy it was to borrow an umbrella — a small but thoughtful gesture during three straight days of rain.
The buffet breakfast is a highlight, with a variety of Japanese and Western dishes to start the day right. I also liked the eco cleaning option, which rewards you with two drink tokens — a nice way to encourage sustainable choices. Overall, this hotel combines convenience, comfort, and great service, making it an excellent choice for hikers and travellers alike.
CCHENG CHIN ENGPoor language for front desk.
Bad face show us when check in.
Need improve in communicate with customer.
Bad attitude showing on lady with Wearing glasses.
Very bad experience for us.
Make a trouble for our family with kids.
Will definely NOT COME BACK AGAIN.
HHEIN THANHTOOThe room was very noisy, I was tired and slept well at night, so I skipped breakfast. Next time I come, I will eat breakfast without skipping it. Dinner is not bad. I was given yaki onigiri or cup noodles, which made me feel full and I fell asleep. I am not hungry at night anymore.
AAnonymous UserThe twin room was spacious and bright with two windows, but unfortunately we couldn't see Mt. Fuji due to the clouds.
We were able to use the large public bath on the first floor, which was very pleasant.
It was a shame that the welcome drink time had passed while we were out for dinner. I wish we could have enjoyed it after checking in.
I was happy with the coffee service next to the front desk.
HHeiouhey oh~This is my second stay here, and hands down, it's the best hotel in the Kanto region, considering the views, location, and price. The hotel dates back to 1895, even a year older than my university! The same lovely and kind old gentleman was at the front desk for check-in; he was so friendly and even gave my child a small gift. Absolutely perfect! They also have a free microwave for guest use, which is very convenient!
LLaura.conGreat value for money, room had a view of Mount Fuji which was so so beautiful!!!
About 10 min walk to the station to get the bus or train to many parts of Japan.
Great for a solo traveller as much cheaper than places near the tourist hotspots but good transport links.
GGuest UserEvery year when I visit Tokinosumika, I see this accommodation. I've always wanted to stay there, and my dream finally came true. The inside was spacious, and the kids absolutely loved it! Being able to use the Kirakubo baths as much as we wanted was the absolute best part! The only thing was that the lighting felt a bit dim, but that was fine too. I definitely want to stay here again!!
QQuo LeI wasn't particularly particular about what I wanted, but I just wanted a place to sleep in a bed and have breakfast, so I found this place and booked it that day.
There was a self-service coffee machine and ice maker, and plenty of amenities. There was a large public bath, so I enjoyed it with my children.
The breakfast had a good selection of Japanese and Western food. The receptionist was also kind, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind.
The view of Mt. Fuji from the window was beautiful, which was amazing.
I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity!
