AAnonymous UserAlthough the room rates were quite high during New Year's Day, it was still very much worth it. The hotel is conveniently located in Gotemba City, very close to the outlets by car, and the nearby supermarket is great for browsing. Plus, you can get a clear, unobstructed view of Mount Fuji from the hotel's rooftop.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, and the free parking was very convenient. Waking up to a breathtaking view of Mount Fuji right outside our window was truly wonderful. The onsen (hot spring) was also fantastic, completely relaxing both body and mind. We loved being able to enjoy a soak in both the morning and evening. We'll definitely come back again!

GGuest UserOur family of four had a wonderful vacation. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.
Pros:
* **Spacious Room:** The family room we booked was ample, even with all our luggage open, it didn't feel cramped. The wet/dry separation in the bathroom was also excellent.
* **Great Location:** Very convenient for getting to major attractions. There's also a convenient supermarket nearby.
* **Extensive Breakfast:**
Self check-in & check-out, QR code/password instead of a room card.

PPINYOThe hotel is in the good location that is not far from the train and bus station. But if there is a service which can allow the checked out clients use the shower or onsen fasciitis (although the clients must pay for), I think it may be better service and make us be more appreciated.

AandylaiWe had a pleasant stay at Superhotel Gotenba 1. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with beautiful views of Mt. Fuji from nearby. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. It’s a good value for a short stay.
I would recommend for travelers looking for a quiet, budget-friendly place in Gotemba.

GGuest UserThe environment was very comfortable and chill. The tents were spotless, the private bathroom was impeccably clean, and the shower had great water pressure. The BBQ dinner was delicious, and the simple breakfast was also well-balanced! Even if you cook yourself, the facilities are complete, which I'm very satisfied with 👍🏻 I really loved it!
The best part was waking up to a view of Mount Fuji from my room, and having breakfast with a view of Mount Fuji again – it made me so happy! 😃
It's convenient if you have a car; it's a 7-minute drive to Gotemba Premium Outlets and a 7-8 minute drive to the supermarket.

MMouaiminnvshiAfter the reservation was placed, the hotel confirmed it quickly. It is about 1 km away from the tram station, about 20 minutes' walk. The front desk service is good. The hotel includes breakfast, snacks and drinks. Mount Fuji can be seen through the window.

GGuest UserThe best point is that the pot (kettle) is a large metal cup type. It has a shape that is easy to wash and there is no worry that it is not washed and it was clean and really helpful.
Breakfast was good to drink on the coffee server.
Easy to get to Gotemba station and convenience stores are nearby, so the location is great. For some reason, there was a midnight snack with the service, and I didn't have it this time, but it's the best.
Some people should note that the lighting in the room was orange (the washroom was white), and the joint bathing place and dressing room were small.

CCHANJIM1We opted for the villas, which were very unique. The hot springs were top-notch, and we could see Mount Fuji right up early in the morning – truly beautiful.

QQuo LeI wasn't particularly particular about what I wanted, but I just wanted a place to sleep in a bed and have breakfast, so I found this place and booked it that day.
There was a self-service coffee machine and ice maker, and plenty of amenities. There was a large public bath, so I enjoyed it with my children.
The breakfast had a good selection of Japanese and Western food. The receptionist was also kind, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind.
The view of Mt. Fuji from the window was beautiful, which was amazing.
I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity!
