Hotel Clad ★★★★
"This is my second stay here. Last December, I could see Mount Fuji every day, but this time it rained, so no luck. The room is spacious and bright, with a well-thought-out layout. The hot springs downstairs are a great amenity. Plus, having an outlet mall right downstairs is incredibly convenient!"
Rembrandt Style Gotemba Komakado ★★★★
"Good hotel, good location. Hotel is very clean. We have good time"
edit x seven FUJI GOTEMBA ★★★★★
"The hotel is new and very clean, and the room is spacious with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji right from inside. It's fully equipped with a stove, pot, and cutlery, which was super convenient since there aren't many restaurants nearby. We ended up having hot pot in the room for dinner. There's also a 24-hour gym and plenty of parking spaces. For breakfast, it's a semi-buffet style where you order one main dish, and then you can have unlimited salads, soup, drinks, and more. The food was quite good too."
The Celecton Fujisan Gotemba Interchange ★★★★
"Hotel is good. Big parking lot. Room is clean. Sevice is fine. TV has no Netflix. Wifi is good. Front desk sometime can speak English."
Hotel Kan-Raku Fujisan Gotemba ★★★★
"Just decent hotel, check in still need to be at 3pm. Front desk closed before 3pm, with lights off as well. Room is pretty small, however the location was really good, just 3-6 mins drive to where we planned to go."
FUJI OUTLET Natural Water HOTEL ★★★★
"You can see Mount Fuji on a clear day, and it's close to the subway station. The front desk staff speak Chinese, which is very convenient. There are a few convenience stores nearby, but not many dining options."
Mars GardenWood Gotemba ★★★★★
"Great experience for the family and exceeded all our expectations. Very conveniently located near the Gotemba premium outlet."
Select Inn Fujisan Gotemba ★★
"Fantastic hotel right by Gotemba Station. Big rooms comfortable beds very clean and super helpful staff. Laundry available for a small fee, great place to stay before or after climbing Mt Fuji. They also offer free dinner on a first come first served basis."
Kuretake Inn Gotemba Inter ★★★
"Onsen (even tho really small) as a shower for only 150 yens I think, was really good. Simple and efficient."

"I'll definitely come back and stay for a few more days if I have the chance!"
Gotemba Kogen Tokinosumika
"The hotel is located in Gotemba Kogen Building. Gotemba is considered a tourist attraction. After all, there is nothing to do in Gotemba except the outlet. However, there are two or three hot springs near this hotel. I went to Kirakubo and it was nice. There is a light show at night. You can also visit various small shops during the day. There are bakeries, coffee shops, cocoa shops, and light food shops. You can arrange to stay here for one or two days. It is also convenient to go to the outlet. It is quiet and comfortable. The price is still very cheap."
Villa Tha Club Gotemba West
"Hygiene: Clean Service: Very friendly"
SUPER HOTEL Gotemba 2
"Parking is very convenient Opposite is Aeon Maxvalue, Daiso There will be a lot of cleansing products for girls when they check in. The double bed is small The large bathing area is divided into men's and women's time slots. For girls, it is before 9:30 pm, and for boys, it is after 10 pm. The bathhouse is very small and can only accommodate about 5 to 6 people."

"I stayed with my family for one night only. Basically, the satisfaction level was high, and my child's wishes were met, so I think I'll be visiting again in the near future. We used the container house-style "Grande Cabin", but since this is our first time experiencing <glamping>, we cannot compare our experience with other facilities and equipment. What I can say is that if ``glamping'' is not ``camping'' where you basically spend time in an outdoor space in a tent made of only one cloth, you can control the lighting, call a butler, etc. with the touch of a button, It is not a ``luxury hotel,'' but a shelter somewhere in between, where you spend time in a permanent building that is completely air-conditioned and eliminates environmental influences from the outside world as much as possible, so as a customer, do you expect something closer to ``camping'' or more like ``luxury hotel''? There are differences in the specifications required depending on the degree of use, and it is likely that there will be a discrepancy with the specifications of the actual facility being used. In addition, the characteristics of this facility are that the customer's preference depends on three factors: (1) whether the weather will be good or whether it will rain, (2) whether Mt. I feel that there is a big difference between satisfaction and dissatisfaction. *I feel that individual support, both physically and mentally, is an issue, especially during rainy days. Furthermore, this facility changed the service content it had previously set up (advertised) during the period when the infectious disease was spreading, and it appears that the change was not advertised on the facility's website in an easy-to-understand manner and on time. By the way, during the first week of September when I used it, the weather was probably close to ideal for a summer vacation, as although it was too hot to be outside during the day, it got a little cold at night. I heard that before August 15th, it didn't get cool outside even at night, making it difficult to escape the heat. By the way, I asked about winter, and since the temperature drops to -5 degrees (February), it is necessary to keep the water flowing from showers, sinks, toilets, etc. throughout the night to prevent freezing. It seems to be quite cold. On the other hand, it has the advantage of having a high rate of clear skies in winter, making it easy to see Mt. Fuji, and the night sky is beautiful, so I think it's a good idea to understand these points before considering using it. Unfortunately, the explanation on the facility website is insufficient (intentional?), so I hope this will be improved. For dinner, I ordered a <glamping dinner>. Shortly before the designated dinner time, all the dishes and ingredients were brought in by the staff in a special cart, and we were given an explanation of the dishes and how to use the gas stove to prepare the main dish (tomahawk beef). At first, I was confused about cooking on a large stationary gas stove, but once I tried it, I was able to do it surprisingly well, and this is where I felt a sense of ``glamping.'' (I may be laughed at by real camping experts, but I'm here because I'm not looking for the real thing in the first place.) By the way, the quality of the prepared food and self-cooking ingredients, including Tomahawk, is excellent. The food was good and the quantity was too much for us, but if you don't have enough, there are optional delivery meals (pre-cooked) and additional ingredients. It is true that some frozen products and commercial products are used, but this facility is staffed by a Western cuisine chief who graduated from Hakone Kowakien, and like other facilities, prepares cooked food from a central kitchen. Since the food is not transported, cooked by amateur staff, and served according to the instructions in the manual, I was able to enjoy the food with peace of mind, including traceability. After dinner, we enjoyed fireworks, lit a bonfire in front of the cabin, and swayed in a hammock, admiring the night view of Mt. Fuji with the rows of twinkling lights of climbers right in front of us.Also, we soaked in a jacuzzi bath and looked up at the starry sky, right after the supermoon. I was able to experience a lot of things, including watching the moon. In terms of cabin service, staff called "field attendants" are in charge of them, and as far as we've come across, many of them are camping geeks from the local area, and they're very enthusiastic about sharing the real pleasure and know-how of camping life with beginners of glamping. He was trying to teach me. It was very interesting to us and served as a bridge to repeat. Of course, not all of them were enthusiastic, and there were some (young?) staff members who were still poorly trained in the basics of service, but it seems that all facilities, including this facility, are struggling in this aspect. Furthermore, since we were using our own car, the parking space right behind the cabin was helpful, but when making a reservation online from the facility website, there was no explanation or guidance for making that selection, which made us feel inadequate and unfriendly. So I hope it improves. On the other hand, although it is contradictory, there is no distinction between the flow of cars (both customers and business) and the flow of pedestrians within the premises, so infants and young children are allowed to play freely outside the cabin. There is a risk. Although there are physical constraints such as the shape of the site, there is certainly room for improvement, so I hope that improvements will be made. Finally, I saw a two-story building under construction inside the facility and when I asked about it, I was told that it was a hot bath facility. Although there is a Jacuzzi bath in each cabin, it seems that many people still ask for a ``large public bath'', and I think it shows its true value especially in the middle of winter. After a period of confusion due to the spread of infectious diseases, this facility seems to be planning expansion and renovation in the future, so I have high hopes for it."

"The hotel location is very easy, right outside the Gotemba station. They offered free breakfast buffet with great variety of Japanese and English breakfast options. Hotel Ontei Fuji Gotemba
"This hotel is excellent. It's newly opened, so all the facilities are new and the environment is very clean! The location is also impeccable, especially the view of Mount Fuji from the rooms. The onsen (hot spring bath) has both outdoor and indoor areas, and both are very clean and comfortable. The vanity and toiletries in the onsen are high-end brands, and the service is excellent. Breakfast and dinner are plentiful, and parking is convenient, making it perfect for travelers who want a relaxing stay."
Villa Gotemba Fuji
"The accommodation has a Don Quijote nearby, very close to Gotemba Outlet. In the morning, you can see Fuji. There is parking for 1 car."
