JJZ1The building was new and spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. They even provided some Muji amenities, which was a nice touch. The only time I interacted with the reception was during check-in and check-out, which I actually appreciated as I prefer to minimize human contact while on vacation.

VV_TripsLocation is good and within 10 minutes drive from the Gotemba Premium Outlet. Hotel rooms are slightly dusty, but good for short stays especially after outlet visits :) Public hot springs are spacious and better than expected, with both indoors and outdoors available. Some rooms can see the Mount Fuji. Otherwise, 12/F is available for public access with a panorama view of Mount Fuji. Breakfast is also satisfying.
