Amazing
GGuest UserVery clean and well organised. The guest house is kept spotless and has all that you may need. From the rooms which are very well organised and each person has his unique space kind of like a small room to himself, to the temperature of the aircon, which too often is kept very low, whereas here it is kept cool but not freezing. The service is very good, there is always someone in reception from 7AM to 11PM and they are always ready to help. Toilets are super clean and well kept, and you are given 2 towels daily for you to use. Also, if you stay more than 5 nights, you get a new set of bedsheets to use (you have to change them on your own).
The kitchen is very well equipped and if you want to cook, they have all the necessary tools. Also, the common room is very well displayed, it is cosy and a nice space to socialize. An additional room to hang to dry wet clothes is outside of the back entry and can be very handy after a day at the seaside.
Overall, one of the best guesthouses I have been in during my trip in Japan.
GGuest UserThe room was spacious and comfortable, though the pillows weren't the best. The hotel staff were all very good, but there seemed to be too few of them. When we checked out early, everyone was busy in the restaurant, and the front desk was unattended. It took us a while to find someone, even though we had already provided our departure and check-out times during check-in. The hotel has a great variety of recreational facilities, including multiple pools, snorkeling and diving excursions, as well as SUP and kayaks available by the shore. There's also a golf course. Dining at the hotel was convenient, and there's also an excellent certified Ishigaki beef restaurant nearby, plus a good Tri-Mountain ramen place.
GGuest UserFuku-chan, Nicole and 2 cats, algae balls and boiled beans were gently welcomed, and the number of days of stay passed in no time. It is a very satisfying inn and recommended to everyone.
The interior and exterior are very nice. I feel like 〜 I came to the resort. I used the parking lot for renting a car.
The living room is clean and comfortable. The bed futon was very fluffy and I could sleep well.
The area is very convenient location if you have a car rental. It is very close to Fusaki Beach and you can walk to the beach (passing the main building of Fusaki Beach Resort, especially no procedures).
I had breakfast. The dishes that are particular about each ingredient and seasoning will heal your mind and body.
We have never experienced it, but we can receive healing treatments and Yoga.
It is an inn that I want to visit again.
GGuest UserThey had free beach towels in the morning and welcome drinks (coffee and tea) were available pretty much for the whole day, which was nice. The carpet in our room was heavily stained. It looked and smelled filthy. Breakfast was disappointing given the room price. Staff service was okay and as expected.
The location of the hotel was pretty good as it's between the airport and the city center. Walking to the Maesato beach is a bit too much for us, but luckily the neighboring hotel has a free parking area for beach goers so we drove there.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean and tidy, and well located. It’s a short walk to the pier (where you take ferries to other islands) and to restaurants, bars, shops and the local public market.
The staff speak some English and are very friendly. They will go out of their way to help you.
GGuest UserIt's a really nice place and comes fully equipped, including a washer with detergent and a spacious balcony for air drying clothes. The toiletries and amenities are also great, and even the toilet paper is good quality, not thin or flimsy.
You can occasionally hear sounds from the corridor, but they are brief and not very disruptive. There is no street noise, very quiet. However, if you book a second floor room, you will need to carry your luggage up the stairs.
Free parking is available. The location is a short walk to the town area and public market, and about a seven minute walk to the bus stop.
Before check in, you need to call the property to get the door code, as there are usually no staff on site, you could do it via app so it is fre. This may be inconvenient for some guests. I recommend calling in advance, as they do not always pick up immediately.
JJennie922The hotel is in good location and very accessible to city area. The staffs are friendly and it is to great pleasure with the tour centre inside inside the hotel which you can easily book a lot of outdoor activities without worrying all the transportation arrangements.
The availability with massage shops, souvenir shop, spa and sauna, swimming pool, bar and restaurants are very comprehensive and you can just enjoyed all kinds of amenities by staying in this one single hotel.
There are some restaurants nearby the hotel as well which also serve as a very good alternative for dining options.
GGuest UserThe location was great, so it was very convenient and easy to get around, and it was a great three days. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and bath. I really like the same hotel in Shinkawa as it has a good location, but this new hotel was also spacious and relaxing.
GGuest UserI decided on this place simply for its value, but it exceeded my expectations.
All the basic amenities are provided.
Towels are also replaced daily.
Laundry detergent is available for 50 yen.
There's also a washer and dryer, so no need to worry about laundry. 😀
The downtown area is only a 5-minute walk away.
There's also a Family Mart just a minute away, which is convenient.
If I ever return to Ishigaki, I would book this place again without hesitation.
GGuest UserMy last visit to Ishigaki was in December 2019. This time, there seemed to be many more foreign tourists, and hotel room prices had increased significantly. This hotel offered relatively good value during the Easter holiday. Located in the heart of Ishigaki, the hotel is not far from the pier and public market. There's a drugstore and a 24-hour convenience store in front, making shopping very convenient. It's about a 5-8 minute drive to large supermarkets and drugstores like Donki and AEON.
The rooms are spacious, with a Japanese-style bathroom and bathtub. The rooftop is perfect for stargazing and enjoying views of Ishigaki.
